Swift intetaction time for ordering and receiving your order that's placed, took only at most 2 minutes just to get my order. Very friendly staff, really draws you in to want to come again; just cause of the one interaction you have, they really seem like they'd go up and beyond just to get you to come back. The atmosphere was great also, no trash or messes left to pick up, and they have plenty of comfy seating. Their drink selection is also good, a lot more than mchdonalds or Chick-fil-A has.Parking: Plenty of parking, spaced out, so you're not cooped up between vehicles

Going through the drive-thru, they charged me for 2 large drinks. The cashier told me they had not, I just needed to add it up better. I showed him my ticket he took it and then he asked to park to the side and he would check it out. I parked waited 15 minutes and then went inside. They said they lost my ticket, forgot I was outside and then back to telling me I didn't know how to add. After pressing the issue he finally refunded me for a small drink. I said it was a large drink to which he said no, then suddenly he found my receipt, and refunded me for my drink. At this point my food is cold, my Frosty is melted, and my drink is watered down.This is the same Wendy's a few months back place in my bag 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers with no beef patties.Workers want above minimum wage but continue to give sub standard service.

I tried to pay with a $20.00 bill the cashier asked me if I had anything smaller because she doesn't have change. I asked her what my total was and she said $13.71. Which means there wasn't $7.00 in the establishment. So i paid with my card. The cashier was eating/smacking as she took my card to process and when she gave me my card back it had her nasty sauce from whatever she was eating on the clock on it. Then she proceeds to ask me to do a survey. This establishment is so horrible. Every single time I come here I witness the poorest customer service I have ever seen in my life. The only reason I come here is because the food isn't for me. One time I came I saw a two employees fighting while sitting in the drive thru waiting for my meal. I pray you find employees that represent your company better. In the mean time I will be posting my experience on every social media site so others don't have to witness this poor quality service in the future.
