“This location is SLAMMED on family day. Even submitting an order through the app, the order was not ready for an hour after it was originally supposed to be ready. Very limited seating. The staff does their best to serve; be patient and kind.“
“This store has gone down since they put in service kiosks as they usually don't have someone at the counter anymore...also the kiosk orders go to the back so u can't do bakery service....inner city store with lots of homeless squatters“
“This was me and my husband's 1st time eating here, I highly recommend if you are looking for healthier cleaner eating options. The soup is exceptional and oh so delicious 😋 the bread is freshly baked and amazing 😍 none of that killer ingredients, like what the government uses to poison us with mass grocery store products etc . Anyway just check it out, we Are going to have breakfast there in the morning because the menu has some amazing looking deli meat asiago and everything bagel bagels.. will update you on the breakfast menu Monday morning but so far 10 outta 10 Stars“
“I frequent Panera Bread locals everywhere, but particularly in Columbia. SC. The service is fast. Soup and sandwich is my favorite, because there is plenty of variety and quite delicious. Desserts are outstanding, I joined a few years ago and found that Panera Bread rewards loyal customers with treats and sometimes a meal. I have never been disappointed in the service or the food. Love the chain!“
“I had such a great experience at Panera Bread this morning! I originally went to Starbucks, but they didn’t have what I wanted in stock, so I decided to give Panera a try—and I’m so glad I did.
The food was better, the prices were more reasonable, and the chai was honestly the best I’ve had in a while. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better.
Definitely a great start to my day—I’ll be coming back!“
“You would've received 5 stars if the women at the counter would have supplied the hot coffee cup for my sippy cup privileges. She did not provide the cup, and should be retrained regarding company policy. How do you forget the CUP for the coffee?“
