This Panera Bread location at Russell House in Columbia is a great option for quality food when you are in the area. The location is very convenient and in the middle of everything. I have had a really good experience every time that I have been here.
When I was there on a Sunday there were very few employees working. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and I had to wait like 15 minutes to get service as there was a long line. Honestly there weren't many customers there which was surprising for a Sunday morning... Right? The store itself is nice and it's in a good location. My coffee was good and I was able to sit and work on my computer. I think they're just short handed.

Great place to grab Panera on campus. The employees are friendly and all know my name. The coffee subscription is unbeatable. Also the French onion soup is unbelievable. This used to be a full service Panera, but now USC has everything routed through an on-campus app from Grub Hub. In the beginning I loved this place, it's quite, clean and convenient.
