“Usually Chick-fil-A doesn't disappoint, but today no salt on the fries, and the regular drive-thru was moving faster than the mobile line. There should be a spot for people to pull up of their order is not ready, literally 4 cars in front me got their orders meanwhile the first car had not, leading to a backup.“
“This store is well run but it is so popular during rush eating hours especially on weekends that they make mistakes or don't give minor items like sauces or dressing. Check your orders no matter how large!
The food is very good though so that is my only issue. Give then a try, you will enjoy it.“
“I placed a mobile order and mistakenly entered in this location. Andrew called me and said my order was ready. I was at a neighboring CFA. They obviously didn’t have my mobile order so I called Andrew back to let home know I was headed his way. He was so pleasant and walked out to me car as he saw me approaching…..and it was a rainy rainy day! They even gave me hot fresh fries! Customer service at CFA is a gold standard. I appreciate Andrew!!“
“Because the restaurant is always busy and crowded I barely come but when I do the service is always great, I always get all my condiments, order is correct. I just had them a couple days ago and it hit the spot. My issues were that they forgot to put my fries from the 2 combos in the bag so I had to go back luckily I just drove across the road just to get out the way due to the high traffic to check the bag. The other issue I had on this visit and has happened another time before is. If I have to wait on fresh Mac and cheese to complete my order, I expect to have some type of the baked cheese from the top as well but I didn't have any so that was a disappointment because I can understand if that wasn't a fresh pan but it was and I had to wait for it so to not have no cheese (and this is one of my favorite foods Mac and cheese) was a let down a little. Other than that everything was great.“
“Stopped by Chick-fil-A to try the new Jalapeño Ranch Club, and I’ve got to say—it was really good. The chicken was crispy, the flavor had just the right amount of spice, and everything came together well. It was fresh, hot, and honestly hit the spot.
Now I’ll be real—my experiences here over the past year haven’t been the best. The food just hadn’t been consistent, and it didn’t feel like the quality I was used to. But this visit? This felt like a turnaround.
If this is the direction they’re heading again, I’m here for it. Definitely a solid meal this time around.“
“Went at the worst time lunch hour. Line was rap around the restaurant, however line was moving quickly.
Those servers that work the drive thru line were really moving and moving with a friendly smile.
