“Clean, they messed up order a few times but no big deal because we had a very specific request for certain items. Staff greet you on the way in. Best of all, this is another great restaurant just in that the employees say “My Pleasure!”“
“I had a great experience today at Chick-fil-A thanks to Kalei, who was in training. Even while learning, Kalei was friendly, professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude. You could tell they genuinely cared about giving great customer service and making sure everything was right. It’s always nice to see someone working hard and staying kind under pressure. “Just got done playing some of the worse golf of my life I was feeling down and I wanted chickfala breakfast I got 2 10 count minis for me and my friend when I tell you these are the best minis I have ever had in my life I’m not lying it is so freshly cooked and so hot and the biscuits are so buttery it is so good but it is so expensive but today I felt like it was worth it“
“This is an exceptionally nice Chic-fil-a. We used Google Maps on our way back to Charlotte from the beach in South Carolina to find the closest one. You have to follow the directions off the interstate for about 5 miles to get there but it's quick trip. When you are done, you are right on the 77 ramp back to Charlotte. Service was fast. The staff were even more cheerful and friendly than usual!“
“Our group of 90 Upward Bound students and staff were scheduled to eat at a different Chick-fil-A in Russell House at USC. When we arrived they told us they could not serve us and directes us to this location. Gregg and his staff with very little noticed served us with smiles. No complaints and aaid they were happy our group came. From now on when I am in Columbia I will make sure to stop by and see Gregg on Gadsden and Greene!!!! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!!!!“
“Because the restaurant is always busy and crowded I barely come but when I do the service is always great, I always get all my condiments, order is correct. I just had them a couple days ago and it hit the spot. My issues were that they forgot to put my fries from the 2 combos in the bag so I had to go back luckily I just drove across the road just to get out the way due to the high traffic to check the bag. The other issue I had on this visit and has happened another time before is. If I have to wait on fresh Mac and cheese to complete my order, I expect to have some type of the baked cheese from the top as well but I didn't have any so that was a disappointment because I can understand if that wasn't a fresh pan but it was and I had to wait for it so to not have no cheese (and this is one of my favorite foods Mac and cheese) was a let down a little. Other than that everything was great.“
“As always, my food was delicious hot and fresh. The service was also good. I give it 4 stars bc of the parking lot situation. At lunch time the probability of being run over by another vehicle quadruples. No one adheres to the stop sign, or pedestrian right away, and too many are entitled and rushed to even care if u are walking into or out of the restaurant. I almost died before I could even eat my food bc someone ran the stop sign. It's ridiculous. There should be some sort of order and pedestrian safety protocols in order due to the busyness and volume of vehicles.“
“Went at the worst time lunch hour. Line was rap around the restaurant, however line was moving quickly.
Those servers that work the drive thru line were really moving and moving with a friendly smile.

“We stopped here on a road trip. Did mobile order on the app.
Getting into the parking lot proved to be difficult as there isn’t a left turn arrow on the light at that intersection. Next time I would take a right into the mall parking lot and come back out so you are going straight across into the parking lot. This was our only issue.
Our food was ready when we walked in the door. We made a quick stop into the bathrooms that were nice and clean and grabbed our food and were out the door in no time.
My salad was delicious. I ordered a market salad with grilled nuggets. It was very fresh and the portion size was large. The nuggets were grilled perfectly and had wonderful flavor.
We would definitely come back and would just be smarter with how we enter the parking lot in this very congested area. I do need to note that we were there just before 1pm so it was during the lunch rush.“
