This is an exceptionally nice Chic-fil-a. We used Google Maps on our way back to Charlotte from the beach in South Carolina to find the closest one. You have to follow the directions off the interstate for about 5 miles to get there but it's quick trip. When you are done, you are right on the 77 ramp back to Charlotte. Service was fast. The staff were even more cheerful and friendly than usual!
How on Earth does THIS establishment not have 5 stars!!! What a CLEAN, friendly and impressive Chic fil a!!! I’ve been to dozens from Nanuet to Georgia. THIS one stands out! The worker (see name tag) Charrisse was SOOOOOOO kind and accommodating! Checked on us 2x!! In New York you do NOT GET ANYWHERE near this experience! The one in Nanuet can’t even give you 3 lemons when you ask! Bravo to this establishment!!!!
Very busy location! Staff does an excellent job handling the rush. I had an issue where I ordered my food on the mobile app for the wrong location. After speaking with the manager, Kirk, I was relieved and very satisfied with this experience! He was very professional and reassuring despite my error! Thank you for being so helpful.

Chick-fil-A offers quick service and friendly staff, with some locations exceling in getting orders right. The food is always consistent, always fresh, and always tasty. The service is excellent and the staff is very neat, clean, and professional, providing amazing and over the top customer service. There are always enough employees to make sure there is not a long wait in line. However, some customers have experienced mistakes, such as missing items or incorrect orders. Despite this, the restaurant remains a popular choice, with fans of the food and service. Note that drink refills may not be available at all locations.
