Yaaay, the Garners Ferry store got my order right! Service was quick, staff were friendly and yes, they got my order right…unlike the one located in Two Notch, next door to the Waffle House! I’ve given up with that location and now almost exclusively patronize the Sparkleberry/Two Notch store. Chik fil A corporate, you need to help those guys at South Two Notch and I-20,they’ve botched every single order we’ve made there. How hard is it to make sure that they include large waffle fries with the order?
My order was incorrect, my name was put wrong and my fries were cold. Tried to call and couldn't even get someone on the phone. What happened to the customer service here?

This Chick-fil-a is getting as bad as McDonald’s. My order was wrong two times last week. I submitted feedback via the app and a week later I still haven’t received a call, email or any communication whatsoever. The app also encourages you to use the mobile drive thru and states that it’s faster. It’s not. They have two lanes for drive thru and only one girl working that walks slower than my granny. Very disappointed.

The customer service was not great today. Food was lukewarm and I didn’t receive my one sauce pack for my nuggets. Something is different here and I’m disappointed in the customer service
Will oiled machine. The whole restaurant was moving with chaotic costumes, but the staff handled the chaos wonderfully. They didn’t miss a beat. Great job. Plus areas were clean. Kids play area seemed clean as well.

Not sure if ownership or management changed, or both, but the last 3 times I’ve gone to this CFA recently, I’ve not gotten what I should have. No sauce or salad dressing everytime. I’ve been going here for the last 4 years quite regularly and unless they get their act together and get back to what I was used to and what we all demand, I won’t be going back in the future.

Visiting in Columbia. Vote was for Chick-fil-a takeout. Cashier Abigail was great. Outside area was clean. The smallest bun I have seen yet on a sandwich. And the medium fries definitely fall into the category "Small."
NOW CHICK-FIL-A! What is happening! I ordered via mobile app, 30 grilled chicken nuggets, and 12 original nuggets. An employee came to my window with a bag, but it was for someone else. Shortly, she comes back with my actual order in a bag that was smaller than the one before. So I am like, okay, that looks a little light, but I take it. The bag contains two SUPER small containers, so I am like, there is no way 30 grilled nuggets are in there. The lines are crazy long, so I just leave. Get home. I find ONLY 2 grilled nuggets that are their ACTUAL size. The rest are half cut up pieces. CHECK THE PHOTOS! MANNN, the way I had my mouth watering for some grilled nuggets! I paid $20 for 30 nuggets just to get some half pieces. Y'ALL CHECK YOUR NUGGETS HERE! Chick-Fil-A good don't get me wrong, but I PAID MY DOLLAR, and I expected the QUALITY AND QUANTITY! BUT I will visit another Chick-fil-a to see if they do the same thing. Update PENDING!

Chris Eckert is the store manager. He was so patient and provided excellent customer service which is not seen so much in today's society. I was at the register, ordered, and embarrassed because I left my debit card at work, I asked if I can use my points to purchase my food but I didn't know exactly how to do that along with a line of people behind me. Chris came over and took me to another register and went through the app to allow to me get all my food by using my rewards points. He was glad to help, he smiled, and he was very patient. He definitely deserves to be the store manager and he exemplifies a good example of how people should treat other people!!
