“Honestly I thought about 4 staring this place because they did forget some of our food but despite that the staff were so kind and the place was so busy I can easily forgive the accidental missed fries and when addressed they quickly fixed their mistake!! The parking lot is very chaotic and no matter how nice the staff is nothing can fix that!!“

“Grayson is an awesome employee! Respectful, thoughtful, and caring. I watched a video online of a gentleman who makes videos on public sidewalks to educate people about our constitutional rights. Grayson approached the gentleman, offered him something to drink, then brought a strawberry lemonade out to the sidewalk for him on a very hot day. He represented the company extremely well and earned your location a ton of free advertising and positive reviews. Grayson deserves a raise!“

“Employee there, Grayson, is a great ambassador for the company. Showed great knowledge and respect to the public and the rights we have. Visit Chick-fil-A knowing they hire folks like Grayson, and they will treat you with respect.

Also, when I was leaving, I had a flat tire. Unfortunately I could not find a jack, so Grayson came out and lifted the front of my car while I changed the tire. Hardly broke a sweat.“

“The food is delicious, the servers provide good customer service, but, the service time between placing the order and the time of receiving the food can be improved. Most importantly, traffic safety needs to be addressed for customers turning off of Wheeler Road onto Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway.

Traffic gets backed up on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway with Chick-fil-a customers trying to enter the first entry.

Suggestion: Place signs at this entrance for customers to proceed to the next entrance by Kinkos to provide safety for customers.

“On Tuesday July 21 I would like to send a thank you SKY at the Chic fla at Mcg hospital who was a phenomenal customer service representative was very frustrating and very rough and my order is messed up and I was given attitude. Sky was phenomenal, professional, and the customer service was beyond Great!!! No matter how frustrated I was her demeanor never changed. Thank you Sky was my mama was in ICU, I ha no rest, and then my order was not what I asked for and you changed my whole experience during a very hard time.“
