“Grayson is an awesome employee! Respectful, thoughtful, and caring. I watched a video online of a gentleman who makes videos on public sidewalks to educate people about our constitutional rights. Grayson approached the gentleman, offered him something to drink, then brought a strawberry lemonade out to the sidewalk for him on a very hot day. He represented the company extremely well and earned your location a ton of free advertising and positive reviews. Grayson deserves a raise!“
“Employee there, Grayson, is a great ambassador for the company. Showed great knowledge and respect to the public and the rights we have. Visit Chick-fil-A knowing they hire folks like Grayson, and they will treat you with respect.
Also, when I was leaving, I had a flat tire. Unfortunately I could not find a jack, so Grayson came out and lifted the front of my car while I changed the tire. Hardly broke a sweat.“

“Jenette greeted us as we walked in and was a ray of sunshine to start our day! Tried to provide a positive note on the Chick-fil-A customer service page, but there are only options for negative feedback!!?? Come on Chick-fil-A - let us brag on the employees, food and atmosphere!“
“I got the smores ice coffee. I thing my favorite coffee ever. I will be back!! The biscuit sandwich was crazy good. So soft and a little on the sweet side...I loved it. Not sure why... maybe their oil is different or fresher but the crispy potatoes were so much better than the other guys. Hands down the only fast food I go too!!“
“This is in Augusta,GA and its a very good chick -fil -a. All these restaurants have gotten high rating from me. Staff is nice,food is fast,they bring it out to you so you dont have to stand and wait,and they check on you to ask if you need anything. Big name restaurants should learn from them.“
“Just sent my coworker 2 get me lunch. I hate pickles. So she order nonpickle on my sandwich and there was 2 pickles on it. People just cant read or don't care. Trying calling the store to let someone know. No answer. O ly have a 30 min break. So hurt cause this is one of my favorite restaurant.“
