“I was the only one at the drive-thru ... had to 90 seconds for someone to ask me to wait a moment. Once order, waited at the windows 4.5 minutes ... then was asked to drive around to the front of store, where I had to wait another 4 minutes. Cars were lining up behind me. My order was simple ... 2 #1's (Smashburger with fries) no special request. For a fast food restaurant that was not crowded, the service was extremely slow. However, my order was correct, hot and delicious.“
“Ordered on the app as I pulled up. Not even 5mins later the car hop person came out with my drinks. I expected them to be a lot slower since they were busy. Looked like all young adults working which says a lot. Most places now are 30+ minute waits for a simple order with young adult running the place. So huge kudos to this sonic for making my order so quick. Definitely a first for me, when it comes to fast and great service at any fast food establishment.“
“Me and my mom came here for lunch paid 33$ for our food only to get cold tots we pulled back around and asked for fresh tots. The young lady Bri was amazing and respectful and brought us fresh tots while the manger Terrell was trying to be difficult and say he wants the cold tots back which was fine but don’t be rude about it. In a world full of Terrell’s be a Bri!!! 🥰🥰🥰 thank you Bri.“
“Whoever was working tonight or managing is a queen, came in on Wednesday around 11 and had a very sweet lady take our order. we waited a little longer than usual for our actual food, nothing crazy or troublesome, but the lady who brought our order brought out a coupon for the wait anyway!“
“Kids these days need to learn how to make change. I didn't want to argue but the cashier shorted me $1 because she was a quarter short of the .75c she owed so I gave her $20.25. The total was $19.25. She should've given me $1 in change but I overpaid .50c. SMH“
“Had a previous review that was not supposed to be for Sonic, but the Wendy's nearby this location. The service here was quick for late night on a weekday and the staff are friendly which counts for a lot these days. My only caveat was that the double sonic burger I ordered while edible was obviously quickly thrown together with older vegetables. This is a reliable location that I'll continue to frequent as I work nearby. "Thank You" to the Sonic staff who work a lot harder than their nearby competitors!“
“My waitress was excellent. The food was superb. A lot of tasty food for a great price. The young lady that served our food needs a few pointers on how to not handle hot dishes over an elderly lady's face/head. Other than that one thing my first time dining experience was awesome. I'd definitely go back again and refer friends and family.“
