Burger King in Columbia

“I definitely took my picture at the wrong end of the burger, however, this is by far one of the best Burger King experiences that I’ve had in a while

Let’s start with the only criticism that I have, the app showed me zero coupons and offers. However, with that said, they were priced lower than my local BK locations so that’s nice.

I also appreciated how well my burger was wrapped the fact that it came off the grill pretty hot as I asked, and that I got it quickly

It tasted fine, and came exactly as I ordered it

So all in all, I appreciate whatever this new management team is doing! & will likely eat here again, as I’m traveling through this part of the low country“

“I was grabbing lunch for 5 and, though there was a wait - to place order and for food prep, the food (double whoppers with fries plus 1 kid's meal) was piping hot and fresh. I'll wait any day if it means the food is hot and delicious which this food was. Total bill was right at $68. Burger King has an app and often circulates coupons - which I wish I'd had with me. Satisfying, very good, fresh burgers, hot fries, and chicken nugget kid's meal!“

“This place gets super busy on Wed and Thurs and you can expect it to be crowded, but the employees do their best to get things done. Only thing I can say is that through the hustle things gets messy and they just rush through things. Its the matter of the beast when they are against the clock as well. So you give them grace knowing how packed they are and when you get to see them on the other days when they are not as busy and what they can do.“

“Food was hot! Workers were very pleasant and seemed happy. Manager was helping and teaching her staff as they worked. Not what I usually see in BK. Kudos to the manager for looking after her employees and to the employees for being so efficient!“

“I'm really surprised about my visit to this Burger King. I have avoided this location for a while due to bad past experience with customer service. Today was a total turn around. Everyone was polite, professional, and the cashier showed patience and courtesy. Our meals came out less than 10 min. Food was good, hot and on point. I really must say a major change from the past! My visit was on 10/18 at 3:30pm.“

“Nice over worked drive thru attendant. Management needs to work on the drinks as taste was terrible a problem with mix of syrup I think. Burger was just the way I wanted and condiments were as I requested. Slow thru drive thru guessing due to lack of staff. But this Burger King is much better than the Burger King on Two notch, I went there first and it's always got issues and landscaping looks abandoned.“

“It took them awhile to take my order over the intercom system and I also had to pull over and park to wait for my order after paying for it. I did not like the ranch tots that I ordered plus they only gave me 3 instead of 4. Everything else that I ordered tasted fine. They also need to get their parking lot redone. It is full of pot holes.“

“By far the best experience I've had at a burger king. My order was perfect. The food was quick, fresh and hot and they didn't forget my sauces !! Plus I didn't have to wait 30 minutes to receive my order. Will be my go to burger king location!“

“I haven’t been here in a while but major improvement from my last visit !! I was greeted from across the room, quick fast service and the personalities of this group made me feel welcome. Keep up the great work and keep the hot food coming ?? be back soon for that impossible whopper with cheese !
