“I’d seen the ads from the new CEO and decided I needed to give BK a try to see if their truly is changed. I’m happy to report that was was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean (a rarity in fast food), and the servers honestly cared about the customers. They were polite and friendly and were happy in their roles (another rarity). What impressed me most is that after ordering I saw the cook making my burgers! I watched him - all custom made right there. No prepackaged, overwarmed, limp-lettuce burgers here. They were truly fresh. If you’re looking for fast food, I suggest you give BK a try. They really have changed things around.“
