“The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious and full of flavor, however, this time that I went, there was a lot of haze in the air from the AC, which could cause health complications if you have difficulties with breathing or a condition similar to asthma.“
“This Burger King is Better then it used to be. The new GM is a great new addition to this Burger King. She is on top of her employee's and she makes sure that they provide great customer service. She addresses any concerns any customer has in a timely manner. The cashier Blake is the best he makes you feel like your are important and makes sure you are satisfied with you experience at their location. Blake has even told me to be safe and informed me about bad wather that was coming in, as if I was family he was worried about.“
“Deon is working this BK alone and is handling business. It was busy and he continued to push out the orders with a smile and kept everyone happy. Fast food industry can be stressful, and doing it all alone makes it more stressful, but he presented himself as calm, composed and in-charge while remaining happy to serve his customers. He deserves a raise with or without more responsibility, which I’m sure he can handle.“
“Stopped one late night and the service was awesome!! The night shift manager Jack was a major upgrade for this store. The food was hot and fresh. Not to mention the cleanliness! He should be running a few of these stores to ensure they all have the same level of service!!“
“Took a long time to get one sandwich, and there were only 2 people in the restaurant. One of the kitchen help used an obscene word right at the counter which I heard. A few seconds later the employee said something else and changed the word to a euphemism. This restaurant has been out of ice cream for 3 days in a row. I'm losing lots of weight dining at Burger King in Lexington. I'm now at my lowest weight in 4 months. No classic chicken sandwich. No milkshakes. No ice cream. No sunday. No vanilla cone. No hot apple pies. The restaurants down the street around Lexington High School have what I need.“
