“Went to the drive through. I had to pull up and wait for my food, even though there was no one ahead of me. I waited about 4 minutes. I ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers and fries. The food was hot and very tasty. Much better now that they are under new management. The drive through employee was very nice and polite.“
“This Burger King has wonderful and kind hard-working employees. I was there today and they were quite busy both in the drive thru and inside. One customer was extremely rude and hateful and one of the male employees was tasked with giving this hateful person a refund. The person was SO over the top mean to the employee, yet the employee (he) remained calm and professional and even kind. He wished the mean person a good day (and no, it was not sarcastic). The other staff I observed during this tense moment kept their composure, as well. I’ve visited this BK before and have always found the staff to be friendly and hard working. It gets busy at times and they do the best they can to provide good service. Our meal was delicious, as well. It’s also easy to park here, and to get out of the lot. But, yeah, shout out to the kind and hardworking staff for having to deal with such a rude customer with such grace.“
