“Today was a rough day, so I (40f) thought I’d grab something simple and quick for lunch. The employees here are a breath of fresh air! Trina (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) was working the back cash and was so kind! She even asked me if I wanted a crown and, of course, I took it! She said “Here you go, Queen!” and sent me on my way to the next window, where Talisha (also, hope I’m spelling correctly!) was super friendly and asked me to pull around so she could bring my food out to me. There is a lot to be said for great employees; they are rare diamonds. These two flipped my day completely around, simply by being wonderful humans. I left that parking lot with hot food and a smile on my face. Not sure who the manager is there, but I’m telling you- they and whoever prepared my lunch ALL need a raise!! “I just went back after staying away for more than a year, and they have improved quite a bit. I would go back to them again after this experience because I was happy with the overall experience. The food was hot, and the fries were just fresh out of the fryer.“
“These have to be some of the nicest people who work at this Burger King. The manager is so friendly and keeps her store clean. If I go to Burger King, I will go out of my way to go here for my favorite, Original Chicken Sandwich combo. Just wish they had their ketchup out where you can get it.“
“My husband and I went to Burger King drive-thru and the main menu screen wasn't working so we had a hard time ordering. We first wanted to add shakes to our order but their shake machine was down. Then we wanted to add a frozen mango Fanta to the order instead and their machine was in "defrost" mode. We were frustrated at first. The staff gave us an extra fry and two Hershey chocolate pies to rectify the inconvenience. We are super appreciative of the efforts they took for our frustrations! This is REAL customer service!“
