“This location by far is the best for getting hot food. I was having trouble with the BK app and the young ladies helped me with showing me how to pay my food from the app. The food was hot and delicious. Every time I come to this location my food is always hot. Thank you for being kind and serving good food with good service. Also, the tea was just right today.“
“I went around 10pm at night and the two young men there were so helpful. I wanted the King of Wrap meal, but they didn’t offer it so they let me pull up, order it on my phone then made it. They also conversed while I waited for my food.It’s pretty standard fast food, the pie is delicious and the fries tasted unsalted.“
“Yo this burger king is really well-managed. The workers here are very nice and friendly. The service is prompt and the food is within expectations. The best thing to hear and see is how the workers here don't seem to hate their environment and so they pass that amiability into their customers as well. The impossible Whopper is pretty spot on. Like you don't believe it's beef but it's good enough that you don't really care, ya know?“
“This place was awesome then, something happened and it went downhill. I don't come here for six months at least because it was so bad, between the food and service it was ridiculous.Now much better! Still some room for improvement but doing better! I came two times this week alone.Store is clean and the food is done fast.Some could work on their customer service skills yet, but better.Hoping the mobile ordering is working well with them. Seemed like Burger King wasn't getting along with it's own app there for a little while and the workers decided they wasn't going to do mobile orders ... So glad it's changed... I'll update if need be.Oh and what was ever wrong with the app doesn't seem to be affecting it anymore. It got to were it wouldn't let me pay for my order and I couldn't do a mobile ordering for a long time. It just kept erroring out no matter what card I used or what I ordered.Happy I can order on mobile again!! Thanks!“
“This burger King is my favorite location so far. The worker that works the front is always smiling and soo welcoming unlike other locations he takes pride in his work and his excellent customer service deserves him a raise the food is always nice hot and fresh as well.“
“Saturday afternoons have never been the same since I visited this BK! Absolutely outstanding food! I’ve been to several burger kings throughout my life but nothing can compare to this establishment. “I come here for breakfast from time to time. The morning staff is ALWAYS so nice and friendly. I don’t know how they are so fast and my food is hot and fresh every time! I’m in the drive through for maybe 4 minutes start to finish. The staff is always smiling with is nice to see these days!“

“OMG! This store is so much better than the BK near GSP. The service was very good. I didn't have to pull up to the front of the building while they made my food. The guy at the window greeted me with a smile. Unlike GSP, who treat white people rudely. I had one window cashier never even make eye contact, not verbal contact with me....even as she handed me my debit and the food....never saw the whites of her eyes. Go to Pelham Rd. BK....they treat you like a king.“
“I need 15 sausage biscuits and did not know that I could have called ahead. Although they were busy they made my order and compensated for other substitutions because they didn't have many biscuits. And they never got one attitude for such a big order. They deserve 10 stars and raises if you ask me.“
