“I come at least once every week on my lunch break and I know they’re gonna tell me to pull up because they make food to order. I love that every time they make the food to order so if you’re in a rush and you want nasty food, don’t go here. Give them about five minutes. Your food is gonna be hot every time. A majority of the time I ordered the impossible whopper combo, but every combo is hot/fresh“
“I would say that this is one of the best experiences I’ve had ordering at a fast food place.
I also work in food service, and I always try to be extra mindful of how I interact with other food service workers; being polite and respectful. So having a positive experience as a customer is always welcoming.
I ordered through their app and picked up the order in the drive thru. When I was ordering through the app, I had no issue, which I find is quite rare. I also appreciated that the app had an option to pay in person with cash or card, while also having the option to put info in through the app. I prefer to use the first option, when it’s available.
When I arrived at the drive thru, the staff immediately let me know that they were out of an item that I had ordered, and let me know of the substitutions I could make. Basically, all the interactions I had were polite and respectful, which is all I can really ask for. If I ever want Burger King again, I will definitely go to this location.“
“I had an overall good experience from my online/drive through pickup order today, but there were some problems with my order: 1- asked for no tomato, got tomato. 2- asked for honey mustard, got none. However, I got an odd freebie of bacon on my burger which i didnt order but i do appreciate. Even though my order was not accurate to what I ordered, I still got good food, so I'm leaving a 5 star review. The pickup was fast and the window worker was pleasant.“
