“Pros: The food was delicious! The katsu chicken was so tender, the sauce on the sandwich was really good, and the bread was yummy. The food came out relatively quickly. The guy working the counter was really friendly. The prices are pretty good for what you get. I'd go back for the food.
Cons: The floors were visibly dirty in the dining room, and the dining area was generally unclean. They were out of a few things. Also I came in and no one was at the counter for a few minutes. A woman in the kitchen saw me standing there waiting but didn't acknowledge me. She was wearing sandals in the kitchen, presumably working in them. Not great. Service needs improvement. But the guy was really nice.“
