“Was in the mood to have a sit down breakfast this morning, so I chose I Hop.A little disappointed on the wait time since it was only me waiting to be seated, and the restaurant wasn't that full, but once seated looks like they may have been short staffed.I ordered the chicken fajita omelet, with a side of hash browns.
