“Nas took the second order that I picked up tonight in Brooklyn did the first! these two hard-working young people always have a smile on their face. They’re always courteous and respectful and I can appreciate that nowadays since I’m 40 it’s rare to get hard-working people that are consistently smiling and polite to customers in a high pace environment and I want to take the time to give these two young people, their flowers and let y’all know that they are some good workers. They take care of the customers and I also get a courtesy drink from Brooklyn whenever I’m at your restaurant she doesn’t even ask. She gives it to me and I’m so grateful I do DoorDash delivery at times besides coaching wrestling and they always help me to ensure that your customers are well taken care of. “I placed my order in the app and ended up having a lot of issues because of the app. They were very helpful in giving me a phone number to call and helping me get it all figured out. They kept checking back with me to see if the problem was resolved. They even gave me something to drink while I was getting everything figured out. I really appreciate the friend staff.“

“I order from this Taco Bell weekly— the food is always good. If there’s a problem with the order, then they resolve it, they’re always nice, the restaurant is clean, yada yada. Rarely any issues.
Tonight though the food is TOP TIER. My food is all correct and my items are LOADED. It’s all hot, it’s all delicious. Amazing. I often customize my food through the app and all my customizations were followed to a T. Whoever is working tonight I wish your pillow is cool on both sides and you find $100 on the ground. “Man this Taco Bell was surprisingly one of the best ones I've been to in a while. Super clean inside and out. The staff were extremely friendly and seemed like they actually cared about what they were doing. The food was prepared exactly as ordered and was done sloppily. I will definitely go back to this location next time I want some taco bell!“

“I was traveling through Columbia from Charleston to Charlotte on Sunday 12/7/25 @1:46pm (order# 65) and thought Taco Bell was close to the interstate, but ended up driving more than a mile… I dreaded the extra mile so bad however, the young lady that took my order in the drive-through was the nicest person I have ever met at a fast food drive-through!! The food was hot and delicious!! I just called and spoke with Jeremiah the manager and I think in the beginning of the call, he may have thought that I was calling him to complain but quickly got very happy when he realized I was calling for a compliment! They did a great steak taco for my girl Chloe!! Keep up the amazing work ~ I will definitely remember Decker on my next trip through!! I hope your employees see this and stay wonderfully kind while making great food!!! Greatly appreciated!!!“

“Food is always hot and fresh and staff are usually pleasant! This location is so much more better than the two notch road location. I don't even go there any more because their staff attitudes are so ugly and the service is extremely slow even with an app order.“

“A quick and easy place to order from, fairly inexpensive compared to what businesses are near them. Polite staff really talkative and makes you want to be there. However the cleanliness was a little off, stickiness on most tabletops, liquids spilt in front of the trashcan, and messy convenience station.“
