“I had the chance to check out Pizza Hut’s new buffet, and the food was great, but the service is what really stood out.
Faith and Jada took amazing care of my mom and me from the moment we walked in. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full, our table stayed clean, and that we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. You could tell they genuinely cared about giving us a great experience instead of just doing their job.
It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days, and those two absolutely deserve to be recognized. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and because of them we’ll definitely be coming back.
If Pizza Hut has an employee recognition program, I hope Faith and Jada receive it. They represented your restaurant with professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. Thank y’all for making our visit one to remember!“
