Pizza Hut in Summerville

“Ordered a good size order i.got there whe they said it would be done and was told that it was going to be 15 more minutes before my order was done was told they had to remake my order cause the messed it up so they gave me two free 2 litters and was realy apologetic I wasn't bothered about the time but the whole staff was nice and professional it was nice seeing a younger generation take ownership of there mistakes and trying to make it right I have never apologized to so much in my life“

“Good experience not great ,the fast spanish /Mexican speaking guy that takes an order should not ever be allowed to use a telephone unless its a foreign exchange translator near by ,either his mouth was slammed up w/food or major language barrier and he got frustrated with himself and hung up instead of getting a English speaking individual, thats all food was delivered 1hr and 19min later with a refund, and a lost driver to an apartment complex 2 miles away ,they made it right ..just slow down folks it was a 230pm afternoon no rush Wednesday,“

“I have never been excited to post a review. BUT, I have never had a better pizza than I had today. I’ve ordered here before, and it was nothing special. BUT, today it was exceptional. I don’t know if it’s the dough or the cook! 3.15.26., 5 p.m. The dough was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside, buttery, and soft on the inside. Toppings were great. Please give this person a raise.“
