Unit # 1470 @ 7428 Garners Ferry rd is absolutely hands down the BEST experience, food , Atmosphere ever at Waffle House. A choreographed chaotic symphony. Mr. Corporate Waffle House you need to give Brittany Brazil your district manager a huge raise and promotion. She has created an infectious and delightful atmosphere that you should be adopted as a prototype.

“I usually have a good experience at waffle house but lets be honest, your experience is only as good as your server and your server is only as good as his or her day has been going prior to your arrival. I enjoyed my last cook but the server I had wasn't that good but the fact that she was super honest made it alot more tolerable and even funny at times. When I say awww you poor thing, you look like you've had an ALL Night Flight and Literally CRASHED ON THE WAY INTO WORK TONIGHT RIGHT and she says Hunny I FEEL LIKE DOOKIE ON A STICK JUST BEFORE IT FALLS TO THE GROUND AND SPLATTS...I CAN RESPECT THAT!!! LOL LUCKILY FOR HER L, THE GIRLS WITH ME XOULD GEEL HER PAIN AND THEY HELPED HER WITH A COUPLE OF SHOTS TO GET HER THROUGH HER SHIFT and we left her $10 buck for Not FALLING WITH OUR FOOD AT ALL. She kept us entertained too and thats all that matters.“
“Stopped in for a quick bite before driving up to Greenville. My server Lindsay was awesome, food was surprisingly good. Much better than the WH by me. She made sure I had refills and was patient about me being a picky eater. Cooks did great, will definitely be back.“
“We went Christmas Eve right before midnight. We ordered take out since this location is take out only on Fri, Sat, & Holiday nights from 11:30PM-6AM. The service was quite fast and the entire staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy working with one another, despite working the night shift on Christmas Eve. The food was hot & delicious. It was all-in-all a wonderful experience.“
“My group of friends and I came in today during Thanksgiving for breakfast. The waitress served us immediately, our food came out fast and tasted great, and I could tell this establishment cared about their customers. We were in and out at a comfortable time for a comfortable price. Wonderful experience.“
“My server seemed a bit annoyed with not just me but everyone around her. I asked for something specific. And for some reason, the cook turned it into a platter. I tried to explain that I did not want platter. I was ordering this a La carte, not sure if I paid more for my items or not. Server was not attentive, did not come back to ask if I needed anything I had to ask her for additional items. My total meal was 13 bucks and I gave her a $7 tip. I felt like maybe she needed something to boost her day $,7 is not a lot, but i wanted to show her some generosity even though her attitude was terrible. And unfortunately , I don't know her name cause if I did , I would have said it. My only other dislike was that there was not a table for proceeding available and the ones that were empty were full of dirty dishes so I had to sit at the bar which also was not clean“
“I placed a mobile order at 6pm. Their mobile app stated the pickup time to be 6:17pm. I arrived 6:15. This is not my first time at a Waffle House. Seemed a standard crew. 1 cook 1 wait staff. That's all I ever see at Waffle House.
So I glanced around the place. Nothing cooking nothing (like a mobile order) on the counters. Watching the cook who appeared to have just returned from break began cooking. Nothing that looked like my order? So I asked about my mobile order. They Both said they had all these other orders at the booths first. Eat in gets priority over mobile orders? The staff said they ordered before me? I replied I placed my order over 15 min ago?
So, its curious they would have customers waiting 15 min before they even start cooking? THIS is why my rating is low for Service. The cook seemed to be angry that I was asking why Nothing had been started in OVER 15 minutes and tursely responded to me if I didn't like waiting he could cancel my order and refund my money?
It was 6:40 when I left with my Order. The Order was absolutely correct. Well prepared. And everything tasted great! Hit the spot! I ordered the Cheesy eggs with Raisin toast. And, a T-bone Steak.
The Hash browns were cooked perfectly. Just how I like them! Crispy Browned! Eggs, Toast, great. The T-bone, although a little thin, was also done to perfection.
I guess my best advice is; be prepared to wait 20 min after your scheduled pickup time? This aspect of their mobile app needs improvement“
“I stopped by coming from Charlotte NC. I must say I’m so glad I did. This is a very clean establishment. The waitresses are so pleasant. The food OMG. It’s so good and fresh! I’ve never been to a Waffle House that was so clean. And the cooks did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend here!“
“Brought my girlfriend here for some breakfast after a late night at darlington raceway for the Nascar race. The manger is very friendly ran a thigh shift and we had good service cause of it. I was able to get a large coffee to go which I very much need.“
“My wife and friends have been coming to this restaurant for several years. This morning a friend and myself went there. All was well except for the juke box. I wish Waffle House had never gotten them. This morning it was extremely loud and it was playing something that I could not call music. It was noise! We asked a lady to please turn it down. We were not the only ones. A man behind us was making the same request. The lady did turn it down. Music in restaurants should be BACKGROUND, not loud and it should be music that I would call easy listening.“
