“Upon entering, I was greeted by multiple employees. All of them were friendly throughout my visit including wishing me a good morning as they walked by my booth. It was nice to see so many smiles. Btw, the food was great, especially the freshly cooked bacon.“
“Saturday morning and the place was slammed full. My waitress was Ari and also help from Stacy. The amount of food that they prepare is astounding. I sat at the counter and it was very interesting and entertaining. They can crank out the orders, and always with a smile. They are hard workers and well trained. Yes, I’ll be back. ?“
“Went there a few weeks back with a lot of us. More kids than adults. Our Server was amazing. Her name is Kacie. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed. Our party took up 3 of the booths. And she definitely handled them all with such patience. Next time you go there be sure to ask of her, and tip really well. She was worth it. 😊

“The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would’ve gave them five stars but I didn’t get the food I paid for. I asked for two blueberry waffles and got regular waffles. I tried calling back and of course they didn’t answer. However, I was charged for something that I didn’t get. I can say that the food was fresh and the customer service was great as well.“

“Anytime I eat at waffle House I ordered exactly the same thing because I have some dietary restrictions. I always order a single hash brown lightly crispy, double smothered which is onions, double chunked which is ham, double diced which is tomatoes, and double capped which is mushrooms. I order this with an over easy egg on top, which today they informed me is called piggyback. No other place has told me that and I have been to countless locations. Today the food was so delicious. I have never made a Waffle House review, but this one deserves it. It was absolutely perfect. It was the way I ordered it and that is typically the problem. The server doesn't really listen and adds cheese or whatever she wasn't listening to and invariably it is different. Today it was so delicious. The portion was amazing and the chef that cooked it was also amazing. I will include store number and location because anybody passing through or living nearby should come here.

“My Bestie and I visited this store on one of the busiest days of the year, Valentine's Day. RO, HALEY,AMY, and LINDSAY all the staff was AMAZING!!! Reservations was required because of this special day. The store was decorated very festive for Valentine's Day. The store had a balloon arch to take pictures with your date. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone vibing to the selection of music. Kudos to the staff for making this day pleasurable.“

“Jazz was exceptionally amazing when I visited the other night. She was very sweet, professional, and prompt. When taking my order, she repeated it back to me accurately. When my food arrived, I didn't have to ask for napkins, condiments, or anything extra because it was already provided. She is definitely the reason I will continue to come back :) and she's very cute. But overall, the customer service is the main perk.! way to rock jazz.“
“Stopped in for some lunchtime grub. The Staff were excellent and nice. The food was prepared quickly and most importantly, my order was prepared perfectly!!! “Everything was great until I stepped up front to ask a question. I stood directly in front of an employee named Kinsley & asked her a question. She completely ignored me. I stepped to the right into the payment line and at that moment Kinsley looked directly at the lady in line in front of me and spoke to her and asked her if she could get anything for her but the lady replied that she was just there to pay her bill. I asked the cashier my question who answered it immediately as one would expect and then asked her what Kinsley's name was as she was not wearing a name tag. I told her that Kinsley wasn't nice to me and she replied that Kinsley is nice to everyone. I'd just like to say that people like Kinsley give customer's a bad experience. It doesn't cost a thing to have manners and use them with everyone you interact with every day. If you can't do that then you should not be working with the public.“
“My two adult children, a family friend, and I were at the Waffle House on 7271 Garners Ferry Rd on Saturday, 12 October at 11am. The food was very delicious, as it always is, but what made our visit extra special was our waitress, Tamara! She had the best personality and the best smile I have seen on a waitress in forever. She thanked us for being patient while waiting for a table and she even helped explain some menu items to our family friend. She is a keeper and I hope the next time we visit Columbia and stop for our favorite waffles and sensational breakfast, that she will still be there!!! Thank you Tamara for making our morning such a pleasant one!“
