Waffle House in West Columbia

“Princess and Orey were the only 2 working in there tonight when I came in and I had the whole place to myself with them. Princess greeted me right away with a big smile. I quickly saw that the cook, Orey, was trying to get a bite to eat in their down time. I told them it was no rush, despite that, Orey did not wait to get my order going and they worked together to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent service, very nice and the new Fiesta Chicken Protein Bowl was delicious! Thanks!“

“Waffle house, an American fixture. When we dropped.in they were slow, 1 cook, 1 waitress. They were still efficient. Once again, both of us had hash browns with our own special recipe.. and as usual they were good. I love those extra crispy ones on the edge. I got the waitress and the cook stirred up and we all had a good laugh.“

“It was absolutely amazing experience here. The restroom and store was very clean and felt good just being here. The cook was play both rolls cook and server his name was James if you come in say hi. If you were to rate him it's a A++ for sure! To the owner he deserves a big pay increase and a promotion. Thank you to the owner for hiring him, he is an asset to your business.“

“The food of course is no different than any other waffle house but I have to give a shout out to the absolute best night shift server I've ever had at any restaurant her name is Samantha shes a gorgeous lady super polite and just as easy to speak to as she is to look at. She's on top of everything i never wait for refills ill actually have a full new glass before mines even empty and from observing other customers she seems to have all the regulars orders memorized its amazing customer service and this girl is the bread and butter of this waffle house. She deserves a raise or at least some recognition as its hard to find such top tier service at least as of recently. To the point that if she didn't work there anymore id never return!“

“they had just been slammed with a very large group. the employees made it known rather than just allow us to sit and wait, they said it would be a wait for the. to get cleaned up and ready. so we sat. got coffee, btw it was fresh and very good. we ordered breakfast and it came out quickly, and so very good. cooked perfect. the group of guys working last night went beyond wonderful to us. service food and atmosphere was all wonderful. our waiter and your cook really deserve to be recognized. I expect that treatment at a 5 star place but these guys put waffle house on my top favorite. excellent cooking and service.“
