Waffle House in West Columbia

“Princess and Orey were the only 2 working in there tonight when I came in and I had the whole place to myself with them. Princess greeted me right away with a big smile. I quickly saw that the cook, Orey, was trying to get a bite to eat in their down time. I told them it was no rush, despite that, Orey did not wait to get my order going and they worked together to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent service, very nice and the new Fiesta Chicken Protein Bowl was delicious! Thanks!“

“Service by the crew is amazing. I always stop at this Waffle house over all of the other ones around. The chef on the grill is always on point. Whether the male chef of female chef they are always on it. This is hands down the best waffle house in the West Columbia.“

“Came in early one morning while waiting for Enterprise to open. It was moderately busy with maybe one or two booths open. I ended up choosing a seat at the counter. I was served by a very nice young lady. She was patient with me as I looked over the menu and decided on an All star meal and a soda. The food was excellent. Eggs were made exactly how I wanted. A lady sat with her little dog on the seat next to her as the sun was coming in just after sunrise and no one made a fuss about it which made me happy. It was just a great atmosphere inside. No one being too loud. I ate my meal and paid my tab. No issues, fast service, and great food. What else could you ask for?“

“The food of course is no different than any other waffle house but I have to give a shout out to the absolute best night shift server I've ever had at any restaurant her name is Samantha shes a gorgeous lady super polite and just as easy to speak to as she is to look at. She's on top of everything i never wait for refills ill actually have a full new glass before mines even empty and from observing other customers she seems to have all the regulars orders memorized its amazing customer service and this girl is the bread and butter of this waffle house. She deserves a raise or at least some recognition as its hard to find such top tier service at least as of recently. To the point that if she didn't work there anymore id never return!“

“Christy was our server. She'd only been out of training 4 days but I'm telling you she is on point she took care of us.she is friendly with a great sense of humor... She knew we were a little pushed for time so she made it very quick and efficient. I would definitely dine here again when she is on shift..“

Every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The servers, especially the ladies, were very humble, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended“
