Waffle House in Aiken

“This morning 16th of August the manager who came in with the attitude then say good morning that you had a chip on his shoulder the black guy started fussing and almost started an confrontation with one of the employees there.I I was sitting in my car outside with my windows rolled up and I heard all the commotion and point finger and finger pointing and I got out my car and went and got information wonder who this guy is. He's rude, inconsiderate are the Patriots there one guy got up and left because of the manager at 6:00 a.m. in the morning bad behavior. He's the most considerate self-centered egotistical manager that this waffle House.He should be replaced or removed.. it was like he wanted to fight. It's all on video. And even in the back office he started argument at this employee young white employee was only doing his job. Again this manager is a rude, self-centered, egotistical individual never work at waffle House. It's like he's not dispensable. Very rude. If you had a problem home which I don't know you should have left his problem to his house. They have too much to do at the waffle House to cook and make sure all the customers come in and make sure they have a place setting to eat comfortably. Then he comes in what is nasty attitude like you own the place. It was absolutely rude and obnoxious talk to his employees unprofessional“

“I've always loved this place! The coffee is always hot and delicious, the food is ready quickly, friendly staff, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. A familiar, friendly, hometown favorite, anytime. No matter whose hometown you're in. Yours or someone else's!“

“This has been my go-to WH for the past several months now. No complaints on my end. Always have kind cashiers and cooks and attentive waitresses. Food is always cooked to my liking
Of course, you can’t go wrong with the All Star- this is my favorite thing to order“

“Great waffle house at this location, food was awesome and the prices were fair. The service was awesome, very friendly and super nice people. The place was clean including the bathrooms. I will definitelybe going back to this one again. The atmosphere was what you would would imagine a normal restaurant to be. Everyone needs to check this place out.“

“The manager decided she was gonna start yelling and screaming at the staff about there performance and the people were changing shifts and shes yelling at the ones that were getting off the clock to do this and that and it was pretty rude. And when the comment that she could've handled that different she stated that we could find another waffle house to go to if we didnt like it. Very unprofessional and those staff all did wonderful but seems overly worked and greatly unappreciated by there manager. All awhile she did nothing at all to help.“

“Had to write a review to thank Kathy for her wonderful service. I have a special needs son who loves Waffle House but going out to eat can be stressful, she went above and beyond. Brought a coloring book, little fidget toys, made sure we were okay the entire time we were there. I really can’t thank her enough and will definitely be back because of her!“
