“Never would I ever thought I’d give a Waffle House 5 starts, but the team working working around 10pm on either Feb 19 or 20 or 21 were hospitable and offered exceptional service.Being by all those hospitals you’d think the negative energy would seep through, but no they were so positive! “Lawd! I don't know the colored guy who cooked my food 06/02/23 between 10:15 pm and 10:30 pm but baby....He did his thang! I ordered grilled chicken breast, scrambled eggs with cheese, cheese grits, and toast. Everything was perfect! And those creamy, well seasoned grits ?Customer service overall was excellent. “Had Breakfast here on a friday morning and it had to be one of the friendliness encounters ever at a Waffle House ever. I think everyone spoke to my wife and I every time they walked by us and even the cook interacted with us while we sat at the bar top. They may have had the allstars all there at one time for my experience but it was a nice experience for us.“
“This first Waffle House I ever successfully got the “extra crispy” all the way thru hash browns, I always order but never get lol. Chef was great took order and cooked, added all the extra veggies I requested, servers were cleaning and singing. Good vibes for 3/4 am nice and quiet, it was good food, good service, walking distance from my hotel.“
“I rarely give 5* to anyone, but this was the cleanest/best customer service/food served hot as expected - location I've experienced in quite some time. The Clearwater, SC location (nearest to my home in Beech Island, SC) should model themselves after Jimmy Dyess Pkwy. They're always nasty, seems adequately staffed but slow to clean anything "AND" their waffles are forever undercooked/too much white & doughy/never golden brown. Great job, Augusta!“
“Got stuck in the rain in the middle of the night, stopped by till the storm let up. Very fast and friendly service even at 2 in the morning.Had a nice big meal which was so good I wanted to order seconds even though I was full.I had an issue with my card and the lady there offered to pay for me as she thought in was short on cash which was very kind, although of course I didn't let her since I had the funds, card was just having issues.All in all, very quiet relaxing place with great food and great people.“
“Derrick was a master at the grill! This Waffle House was close to where I was staying while waiting to close on my house after relocating to Fort Gordon, Ga. With Angel serving and him on the grill I was able to get my meal quick and with no mistakes. The atmosphere is wonderful and these two employees had great attitudes. Although I will be moving to a location with a different Waffle House I will always come back to this one from time to time. My experience was great and Derrick was extremely professional and personable. 10/10 highly recommend!“
“Very friendly staff, and good service. Food took a little longer than usual to be cooked, and food came out hot. Heather was on the grill and running the store that day. She did an outstanding job in the managers absence.Parking: Limited number of handicapped spots. Lots of non handicapped parking available. However, often, the two handicapped places are taken by cars that are not displaying the required permits.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking, and the low counters are low enough for a person in a wheelchair. However, it is a little hard to get into the store with a wheelchair.“
“I am very particular about how I like my eggs. I always want them made with low to no oil and many waffle houses cannot accommodate for some reason. The cook here was fantastic!!! Made my eggs just perfectly and I didn't have to add on additional calories for the oil. I will be back to this location ?“

“This Waffle House is on point!! OMG they were all nice, it was clean and the Delmonico Steak Meal my fiance and I got was so dang Delicious! We went back again like two weeks later and ate it again and the staff was still nice, the place was still clean and the Delmonico Steak meal was friggin amazing.“
“It's waffle box,come on, but I love the taste of the soft scrambled eggs with cheese in them. Oh and if you'r from the north grits are corn ground up. They are best with butter and cheese in them or maybe even some bacon. It's served in a bowl so you can't get just one grit. Best place to kill hunger pains after the bar whatever you got a taste for.“
