“We went to the Feed Sack last night for my mom's surprise 70th birthday party. Just wow. I cannot express how accommodating everyone was from the hostess to the piano player to our wonderful server, Joshua. I have worked in restaurants from Charleston to Aiken and I can tell you that his service is just exceptional. Funny, extremely knowledgeable and gracious service. We were shocked to find out late into the evening that he was not only taking care of our large party, but serving the bar as well AND other tables, and balancing it all impeccably! If you want a beautiful dining experience with a distinctly Aiken backdrop of horses, warm ambience, dark paneling, modern fixtures, and a fantastic bar and lounging area, this is your spot. Thank you so much to the staff, and especially Joshua for a stellar night that we will remember always, and, rest assured, we will be back!“

“I just wanted to call out Jared who is a facilities management individual. I thought I had lost my Apple Watch and was very apparently not happy - he saw me and asked how my day was - and I said fine. He went one step further and said he could see something was wrong and could he help. I told him I lost my Apple Watch - he walked me through how to find it on my app and voila! It was ringing in my room on the floor! He was so sweet and patient and truly wanted me to have a good day! BRAVO JARED! Wish there were more people like you in the world who are so positive and patient and caring!“

“Me and my family ate her this past Sunday after church. The service was good our waitress Ana was amazing checked on us often. we had an appetizer of fried pickles. I was a little disappointed with the quantity of the fried pickles for the price. I thought I would get a lot more. I also ordered the catfish and it tasted pretty good. My green beans were so mushy. I didn't like that at all.My husband got the burger. I believe he enjoyed it for the most part. I wish the burger came with lettuce and tomato or at least have it on the side. I also ordered a salad. The salad was very generic and nothing special with the ranch dressing.The rolls were warm and tasty as well. The cocktails were really good. Would I eat here again? Maybe if some suggested it.“

“I ordered for the first time today 3 chicken fingers ans fries at 12:14pm. By 12:34 pm I was still asking for the meal amd was finally told the chicken fingers needed to be floured! Finally at 12:40 or so they finally came. The cashier was upset because I asked a few times about them and so did she. 8 minutes to fry took almost and entire hour of a lunch break! I wanted to cancel but Im hungry..once I got them, they were hot and really good. no more chicken fingers for me-maybe the okra has shorter cook time!“

I don’t understand weirdos who only get one order, every single time.The servers are always super friendly, even when they’re swamped. They get my food taken care of in a timely order every time. People complaining about having to “wait” for ingredients or their food, fail to realize that Diablos is a hot spot for both a college and a university. Get off their backs. They’re working hard to make sure you get your food.Lastly the atmosphere is a little bit of a downer. They’re so understaffed, they can keep it as clean and upkept as it could be. Night shift especially desperately needs more workers. The amount of times I’ve walked in and seen only two workers, with a line spanning all the way to the door is astounding. I always instantly turn around. I can wait till tomorrow for my burrito. No reason to make their night more difficult than it already is.
