“The lady who treated us was So nice and she smiled the whole time and she even asked us if our cookie looked right just in case and she let me change a cookie and the cookies were amazing not baked to deal hard but not underbake to wear. They’re literally just cookie dough, but I do like how they have that cookie dough feeling.”

“What a great find as we are traveling 16 hours from FL to MD as snow birds and finally decided to go out vs grabbing a pizza and staying at the Airbnb.

“I never leave reviews, but this place is just too good to not share. The drinks are unique and delicious (My favorite is the Island Boi, or the Orange Creamsicle one, or maybe the Coco Loco one 😂😂). And the food is incredible! I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t love. My favorites are the hush puppies, hummus, Veg Fil A sandwich, and the rice and beans bowl. This time when we went, the chef added protein crumbles, nacho cheese, and green onions on top and it was even better. My son loves the Hoot sandwich and he’s 10 years old and usually non-vegan….so that’s a huge compliment to the flavor of that sandwich. On top of all this, the place is just cool. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, like I could stay all night if I didn’t have to put my kid to bed! 🤣 I just really love this place and I’m so glad to see it added to our neighborhood!!”

I came by just after the breakfast crush and was able to place my order to go. The staff was efficient and the owner made sure my order was correct. “We found it when leaving Congaree National Park having searched in our GPS car map system for 'BBQ nearby'. It was one small building set alone and we wondered whether to enter or not. We did and it was one of the best dining decisions we made on our entire trip. In fact my two sons asked to return there the next evening. Great happy staff. Large filling portions. The real thing - home style BBQ made by a truly local family.”

“First time visiting, was nice to have parking right beside the building and not have to negotiate parking on the street. Cute little bakery cafe in a brick strip mall. Few people having a coffee on the patio area. Everything looked so delicious! House made breads, cookies, cakes, and fresh brewed coffee. Will have to come back for lunch, the sandwiches looked so good. Grabbed a bunch of cookies for some client gifts and some lemon bars for me 😏. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all the different options they had freshly made that day. Will surely visit again!”
