Absolutely love Backstreets! The food is always great and the service is outstanding. Today our server Jamie was so attentive and friendly - so nice to see someone who is happy and customer-oriented. She wasn’t flustered by six ladies, special orders, separate checks and last minute to-go orders… in fact she welcomed each request with a warm smile and even made suggestions. Backstreets will continue to be our go to place.
The food and drinks are always very good with a varied menu. However, what really sets this restaurant apart is the staff! They make you feel like family. The servers are terrific and a special shout out to Zara, the hostess! I left prescription sunglasses there and she went out of her way to make sure that through 2 shifts, they were safe and ready to be picked up. Please reward your staff, they always go above and beyond!!
The food was excellent. Our server was amazing. Very attentive and very friendly. The prices are very fair. We sat outdoors and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks for the great service and great experience!
