Il Giorgione is a hidden gem with the flair of a true Italian family restaurant. The food, especially the margherita pizza and tortellini Stefani, was fresh and delicious. Outdoor seating was enjoyable and the staff, including the attentive and caring waitress Kendra, made the dining experience memorable. The watermelon sorbetto was a perfect finish to a great meal. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere, and reservations are recommended as walk-ins may be difficult, especially for larger groups. The menu features a variety of excellent dishes, with the Rigatoni al Dorato, the caprese salad, and La Bianca pizza receiving high praise. Drinks are great, and the staff, including waiters and valet, are very attentive and fast. Overall, Il Giorgione is a fabulous, authentic place that offers great value and consistently good food. It is considered by many as the best place for Italian cuisine in Columbia, with a lively and cozy ambiance.
