Hardee's in Columbia

“This place is spotless. This was 2/8/2026 around 4pm the cashier Thea was pleasant told me to sit and she’d bring my food everything was fresh. What I admired most is how clean this location is compared to not only other Hardees based off other restaurants in general.“

“I recently seen the new BLT burger poster on the window and decided to try it out. I made an online order which was very convenient for me. Being that it was noon I was worried that there would be a long line or wait for my food. When I arrived my food was complete and ready. The burger was amazing nice and fresh.“

“There were 4 gentlemen working and it was busy. The young man on the frontline worked the drive thru and front. They remained professional through it all. Wish I remembered their names. The primary cook and the man up front deserve a raise.“

“Stopping here along our drive was an amazing decision. It was so easy to find as we pulled off the highway, had clean clear parking, a welcoming and patient crowd, great service and delicious food. Davion was so informative and helpful I ended up getting exactly what I was craving while stayijg on budget. *(Highly recommend adding egg and gravy to the steak biscuit! Hubby got the bacon grilled cheese and we almost went back for seconds just to let the other try what we had had). Came craving their amazing burger and left with a fully belly and intentions to come back“

“The gal took our order- not a problem there- but then she left - without giving us our cups or receipt- we had to ask 3 times for our cups- and then waited another 10 minutes (after already waiting at least 10 minutes) just to have them ask me what our order was- I told her- and she pulled our sandwiches off of the rack, put them on a tray and set the on the counter- then did the same for another tray- the food sat on that tray for 5 minutes - then she got around to getting our fries- unsalted, soggy - but at least hot- the sandwiches were ice cold and missing their cheese. We usually enjoy this place- but not now- Frisco Burgers ice cold without the cheese and inedible fries- very disappointing and a waste of 25.00-
Wanted to come on here and update- I was contacted by the manager - and after we spoke she very willingly offered to replace the meals - we went today and had absolutely no issues- the food was back up to it’s normal higher standard and we were very appreciative of the willingness to remedy the bad experience. Thank you Stephanie (manager) !“
