Hardee's in Columbia

“Edit: My sincerest apologies. I thought was the Hardee's establishment in St Matthews as that was the one I visited 6 days ago. This Hardee's has good service. The order was ready when I got there and the employees there really get along well with each other. There was no address again when I did the review. Only when I got the reply.

We used theobile app to place an order. We got to the place and had to wait an additional 30 minutes in at the drive thru to get our order and the order was wrong. I don't know what happened to cause the wait to be so long, but it was pretty bad. So bad two cars behind us left. The car on front of us has to wait as well. Maybe they will get it together. But I more than likely will not be returning here.“

“I recently seen the new BLT burger poster on the window and decided to try it out. I made an online order which was very convenient for me. Being that it was noon I was worried that there would be a long line or wait for my food. When I arrived my food was complete and ready. The burger was amazing nice and fresh.“

“There were 4 gentlemen working and it was busy. The young man on the frontline worked the drive thru and front. They remained professional through it all. Wish I remembered their names. The primary cook and the man up front deserve a raise.“

“Stopping here along our drive was an amazing decision. It was so easy to find as we pulled off the highway, had clean clear parking, a welcoming and patient crowd, great service and delicious food. Davion was so informative and helpful I ended up getting exactly what I was craving while stayijg on budget. *(Highly recommend adding egg and gravy to the steak biscuit! Hubby got the bacon grilled cheese and we almost went back for seconds just to let the other try what we had had). Came craving their amazing burger and left with a fully belly and intentions to come back“

“I just moved to the area about a little over a month ago and Ive visited 3 times. Tonight I had an issue where the cooks did not make my food the way it was ordered and runged up, so they had to make my food 3 times for the same reason (the cook). Needless to say the manager was rude and does not display what leadership look like. Out of all 3 times of me going to this location, tonight was the only time I have received great customer service, the young guy Khamari J displayed exceptional customer service before my order during my order and even after the experience with my food being made wrong 3 times. Khamari was the only one who apologized about the situation. He showed sympathy while his manager stood in the back frowned up mad because the cooks kept getting the order wrong, so she took it out on the customer(Me). Khamari and the manager should switch places so he can show her what she should display to customers. With the mindset and demeanor he has I'm sure he'll go where ever he wants in life. The only reason Ive decided to give 4 stars is because of the customer service I received from Khamari and the food was okay.“
