Hardee's in Lexington

“I arrived at 8:40am on 10/5/2026. Drive-thru cashier let me know to come inside to place order. Although I was a little confused I went inside to see three Employees Two male One female. The same cashier was taking orders, bagging food and handing orders out in a timely manner. Her performance and outstanding customer service remained me of how customer service should be given no matter the pressure or circumstances. Her name is Iesha Brown. Hardee's Ms. Brown showed Professionalism on a scale of 💯. She made sure every order was correct and that each bag had plastic utensils and napkins. Ms. Browns moved with pace and steadiness. Although there were two other employees in the kitchen who didn't offer any help but make food. Now I used to work in Fast Food Franchise and when one board worker doesn't have any orders arent they suppose to help front counter until they get another order. The only Team Player was Ms. Brown. Everybody else just looked and walked around like sloths except for the fourth older male in the back who was making biscuits. Wonderful job Ms. Brown because of you i will be returning to this location.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
