“We just finished a delicious and fresh meal for dinner from this place. We ordered Orange and Kung Pao chicken. We are not locals here and were searching for a take out place to get a quick meal. I’m glad we decided to order from this place. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. There was plenty of vegetables in my Kung Pao chicken. The fried rice was nice and fresh. Our 6 year old loved the egg roll. My husband ordered Orange chicken. The chicken pieces were massive with a sweet savory sauce. Overall we are very satisfied with our meals. The portion sizes were huge. If we were not staying in a hotel we would have saved leftovers for a meal. Definitely going to order again from this place next time!“

“The food, though fixed for buffet style dining, was fresh and delicous! It was prepared in batches so that each batch was fresh and cooked to perfection. The serving pans were clean and no food falling off of them due to overfill. Every area was carefully attended, food wasn't running out, utensils were all given for each individual dish and the meats were well prepared. The servers were extremely nice and paid attention to the need for drink refills without being asked. There was so much of everything offered, I wish I could have eaten more. Go there prepared to take your time to eat and to fully enjoy the food. It's worth every penny! The restaurant is clean, tables, seats, and dishware were all very clean. It's large enough to accommodate large groups as well. Plenty of great parking. The parking spaces are not narrow or cramped. Please go and have a wonderful Magnolia experience. “I would genuinely choose their tofu yen su jee as my final meal. With fried rice. So delicious, flavorful, and just perfect. Huge portions too. Definitely the tastiest Chinese/Taiwanese spot in Columbia. Makes me wish I still lived off of Devine Street!!!“

“Pleasant atmosphete with plenty of seating.Very courteous no matter who takes the order. Excellent variety of dishes most offer small and larger sizes. Food quality is high! Never a mistake on the order and I get two ample dinners from one small size Moo goo gai pan or broccali beef. 8 minutes from my house doesn't hurt.“

“I ordered over the phone. Took about 10 min for them to prepare my food (I wasn’t far) walked in the restaurant was clean. I ordered orange chicken and fried rice. When I got my food it was very fresh. The chicken was hot and steaming so was the rice. It also had a very good taste. Very impressed. I’ve been to a lot of Chinese food spots and they always miss on quality and flavor. This deserves 5 stars. Everything was fresh and hot.“

“Pros: Closet thing to NJ Chinese Food. I’ve lived in SC since 2018 and at point I just didn’t eat Chinese food because everywhere was so nasty but this place gives me a touch of home. They do have the best Cheese Wontons /Crab Ragoon. Honey wings are great, fried rice is always a hit . Wings taste really good. The front desk guy is really nice and remembers his customers. I remember one time it was raining and I was in my car and he came out and bring it to me without me evenings asking (which I wouldn’t have lol but i didn’t know it was ready). This place can get busy but my food is ALWAYS ready and I typically order for 5 people.

Cons: Price is a bit high in my opinion. Be careful when you try to buy certain things without rice because they charge you as if you got rice. Not all Prices reflect on their actual menu, I had to call this out at one point. I typically don’t see any of them wear gloves, which does bother me a bit.“

“Been getting my Chinese food from here since I moved to the NE side of town. The lady who picks up the phone is always so nice and pleasant, the food is honestly always good! Never have I ever gotten cold or nasty food! Definitely would recommend 10/10. Them wings are GOODT!“

“This is the best Chinese I’ve had in the metro area of Columbia. Most Chinese restaurants have greasy entrées and fried rice and lo mein. Everything I’ve had here is good from the spring rolls to the crab Rangoon to the entrées and the gohan.“

“The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, the reception was warm, and the waiting time was short. The food was excellent overall, though it could have used a bit more salt. However, the flavors of the rice were rich enough that I hardly noticed the lack of salt. The wings were juicy and well-spiced. Overall, it was a great choice for lunch.“

I ordered the 7cut wings (Thai Chilli Sauce) with house fried rice BUT THEN I saw that they have seafood bags!!! I almost cut up in these people establishment!! But I kept it cute; so I got an order of eggs, potatoes, and corn & I did the special sauce medium. All that food in my bag was literally $26!!!!!! God is Amazing! I get home, I prayed over my food. And I bust this plate down like I haven’t eaten anything in days!!!! This food was amazing, seasoned to perfection, literally my new favorite place to go. “Everything you could want for Chinese take out. General Tso’s Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, teriyaki chicken on a stick, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls were all fantastic. Our bill for all of that was $40 and we have enough left over for another meal.

But what is better than the food are the people behind the plate. This appeared to be a family run restaurant with mom and dad running the kitchen and their son and daughter helping out up front. The kids were so well mannered. This is a business worth supporting and the folks who have left negative reviews need to do some soul searching and find some perspective in life.“

“I went to Panda tonight and overall the experience was positive. There was a good selection of entrees and plenty of each. Some changes had been made since my last visit probably due to pandemic precautions but nothing I couldn’t live with. Of particular note was the great attitude and politeness of the staff. An employee said, “welcome to Panda!”, a first at this location. The employee who fixed my plate was cheerful and willing to fix it to my liking. I don’t usually write reviews, I read some of the reviews for this location and could identify with most of them. However, things have changed for the better and I hope it lasts.“

I got their Teriyaki Chicken sticks and an order of the Hibachi house special. Id love to add a photo of the sticks but I ate them in the car on the way home lol. “This was a small family type place, where the little child sat calmly, & even quietly, watching TV. Everyone was polite. Food was very fresh & tasty. Pork fried rice was really good. Bourbon chicken was a very large portion with multiple types of veggies & plenty of sauce. Chicken was tender & not tough at all. Price was very reasonable, especially for the area of location. I enjoyed it. I recommend supporting this family by supporting their business. All around very enjoyable!“

“delicious food and they give a gargantuan amount of sauce which in my opinion is pretty awesome. the only reason this establishment is not getting five stars from me is because they put my noodies in a strange to go box. the first time i opened it i was baffled to find a large knotted cube in a small styrofoam container. still very delicious but makes it super messy in my fridge and counter and stovetop. best place in the area i would have to say after getting extreme food poisoning from all the other local spots.“

They pushed the cut wings as if they didn't have whole wings. The problem is the pricing. I stated again I just wanted chicken wings and fried rice. “My go to Chinese food restaurant for pickup. I always order in person because the woman who takes orders is hard to understand. So no phone orders. Never takes more than 15 minutes to get order. Never a mistake. A small Beef Brocolli dish, and all others small dishes I have ordered are enough food for two dinners.“

I ordered the proteins that was available. They were pretty good. Rice was a little bland, but nothing some soy sauce couldn't fix. The servings was pretty good.“
