“First time trying Kao Thai. It on a nice spot on Main St. We had dinner on a Monday. It wasn’t that busy and we had the option to sit on either the patio or indoors. We chose the patio since it was a nice day. Our waitress was so sweet and consistent, she kept us in the loop about everything going on like happy hour and the prices during it. We tried the Bangkok Shrimp and Pork Gyoza as our appetizers. They tasted so spot on and delicious. Then right after we finished with our appetizers, our meals came out right in time. I got the Pad Kapow and my boyfriend got the Pork Belly Ba Mee. The Pad Kapow was very good, it has marinate chicken with bell peppers and some other vegetables. It not spicy, instead its very sweet and savory. The Pork Belly Ba Mee has very thinly sliced marinate sweet pork belly, with savory sweet noodles along with the topping of a kick of spicy chili. I very much recommend this place if your looking for trying something new and interesting along with trying something sweet & spicy. ?️ ??“
“Delicious lunch!Ginger salad was succulent and so flavorful. Edamame was fresh. My salmon lunch with green beans was tender and savory. Shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Udon noodles were properly chewy without being over/under cooked. Truly, a good meal.Service was attentive.Every table had a fresh flower, too ?? ?“
“A very good friend recommended the M Kitchen. We started with the Kale salad with cranberries and lite dressing. The orange chicken w/fried rice was amazing. My sister and mom loved the basil beef. Hats off to the bartender my mom and sister really enjoyed their drinks. Customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Please go check them out we loved everything.“
“We came on one of the first couple days Teriyaki Madness was open, and we are now huge fans. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome right away. The spicy teriyaki chicken and orange chicken are each tasty, and I’m looking forward to trying a spicy orange chicken in a future visit. Brown rice (often dry or bland at other restaurants) was cooked perfectly and provided a soft, flavorful contrast to the orange chicken. Yakisoba noodles covered with spicy teriyaki chicken was equally good. These folks know how to make food! The teriyaki sauce is truly something special — sweet and savory perfectly balanced. We look forward to more teriyaki meals from this spot in future!“
“AMAZING! Fresh Stir Fry was AWESOME Sauces! Come check this place out on campus. They even serve beer and wine - super cheap! I tried the Wings with Blackberry Habanero - OMG! Then I tried a fresh stir fry - I picked all the ingredients and Korean BBQ Signature Sauce rocked. Glad you are on campus - spread the word!“
“I've been twice now and both times I have only tried the sushi and small plates. Sushi quality is very good, the yellowtail sashimi, pork belly roll, and the sunset crab roll were 10/10. Small plates I've tried the pork & ginger gyoza, crab wontons, beef kimchi dumplings, crispy tuna and they were good as well. My only complaint with the small plates/ appetizers is that it's exactly that lol very small. Definitely not shareable! However they are good. Cocktails were also good as well, overall very solid place!“
“Tsunami is our go-to for sushi happy hour in Columbia! We always get the 3 roll special and a teryaki special to split. HUGE portions and always fresh and tasting delicious! I definitely recommend dining in next time you have a sushi craving!“
“We came during March Madness while Columbia won the championship! It was so crowded with a live DJ inside. We opted to sit outside where it was a more relaxing environment. Drinks on tap weren't bad. Birria tacos were delicious. We even played some cornhole while we waited for our food. Highly recommend!“
“Very good food! The only hibachi I like to eat around here! Sometimes their phone doesn’t work, so you have to come in and order and wait for your food. Other than that they have pretty good service. They switched from the bigger portions of the white sauce to smaller portions. Atmosphere is pretty good. They will modify your order perfect for you, if you’d like.“
“I really love this spot! The food is good enough to justify admittedly a pricer menu. I’ve rarely been disappointed by the flavor or portions! The service is typically quick and the atmosphere is welcoming - usually plenty of open tables if you’re looking to sit and enjoy your meal. I like how everything is made fresh to order and they have lots of healthy options! Highly recommend and have sent plenty of friends this direction or brought guests from out of town here for a quick and easy bite!“
“Called in my order. I had the steak, chicken, and shrimp. It also came with nicely cooked veggies which were good. All of the meat was seasoned well, and cooked perfectly. The service was good, and by the time I got to the restaurant my food was ready to go.Vegetarian options: They do offer a hibachi vegetable entree“
“Miyo's is one of my favorites in Columbia. The food and service are consistently stellar. In regards to the menu, there isn't one thing that I've tried and didn't enjoy. An added plus is that they offer vegan and vegetarian options for each course of the meal.“
“I had visited a dentist and took my chances on a steak and shrimp meal. In fact ordered three meals. Loved it. Steak was tender and tasty. Shrimp and vegetables very good as well as the sauce and California sushi. Thanks for the experience. I’ll be back.“
“The food was excellent. It was my first time eating here. Ordered the House Lomein. It had shrimp, streak, and chicken in it. The portions were outstanding. House Lomein, Fried scallops( a good bit) and 2 egg rolls cost me 27.00. Worth the price“
“Don’t be fooled by appearances!! This place is a major gem! I enjoy every bite when I come, they have a lot of meat-free options, and even offer complimentary miso. Their prices are also extremely fair for the quality of food you receive.“
