Food Poisoning and Unprofessional Response at Your Restaurant
Dear Management/Owner
My daughter and I dined at your restaurant on Monday afternoon. Shortly after starting my meal, I noticed a bug crawling out from under my food (after I had already eaten an egg roll and two dumplings). I immediately brought this to the manager's attention, and while he offered to replace the food, I declined.

I left here with the worst experience ever at Red Bowl this evening. I am a regular customer who dines-in and also orders take-out but this evening was the worst for me. Red Bowl Asian Bistro is a popular spot for many customers. The food, like the vegetable potstickers, eggdrop soup, and stir fry bar tofu with vegetables in garlic sauce, is tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. The vegetable fried rice is good but could be better. The service is generally okay, although there have been some odd moments, such as a server leaving in the middle of taking orders and not having enough plates to share an entree, which was surprising. The atmosphere can vary, with some servers being a bit antisocial, but overall, the staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are very affordable, with many meals costing under $10, and they have one of the best recipes for general tsos around, with flavors on point and a little kick. The chicken is cooked well, not stringy or dry, and dishes like lo mein and beef broccoli are popular choices. Despite minor hiccups, the overall experience at Red Bowl Asian Bistro remains positive, making it a good place to enjoy tasty Asian-inspired food at a great price.
