“Food: Delicious sauces, one for all different flavor pallets. Meat was very tender. Best part of the meal! I'm not a huge fan of baked mac in cheese, theirs is very cheesy. So if you like super cheesy mac with it being cheese heavy at the top, this is for you. I was a little disappointed with the rice. I'm a rice fanatic, and theirs seemed a little over seasoned and a little dried out. I would be willing to give it another shot, though, along with trying out some of the other various side options they have available.Service: Very nice people, explained the menu. They provide a few tables inside, but it seems more really like a spot you just pick up from, which I'm totally fine with. “I saw this place on Uber eats and decided to go there because I had never heard of it. The menu looked great and the prices were even better. We ordered the pig feet with 3 sides (rice, macaroni and cheese and collards) , fried chicken with three sides (double macaroni and cheese and Lima beans), extra corn bread, lemon pepper wings with fries, pound cake and lemonade. The customer service was great. The lady taking orders was very friendly and helpful. All of the food was hot and fresh. Everything was seasoned well. The pound cake was okay. The lemonade was really good. I will definitely be back. I would recommend ordering the fried chicken macaroni and cheese and cornbread. I felt like these were the best items out of everything we ordered. Although the menu said 8 pieces of chicken there was only 5 whole wings (not sure if 8 was counted as wingettes or whole wings)“
“I ended up arbitrarily choosing this place before Covid when my parents came for a visit. It turned out to be the best BBQ buffet we ever had! Great selection. There was beer, and the cornbread was so good my Dad took some to go. He chatted with Doc and the 2 were like old buds . My Dad loved the set up. They tried coming back last year and it was closed . We really loved rhe simple set up, the service, and the prices were great too. The location was a bit out of the way.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options available on the BBQ buffet.“
“I had seen the amazing photos on social media so I had to come "taste" these photos; and this place did not disappoint! It's tucked away in a shopping center next to other small businesses. There is not a lot of interior seating so prepared to wait in your vehicle (I'm a fan) . The menu is easy to follow and all of the staff is welcoming. I like that when they give an estimated time for your order to be ready, that it's pretty spot on!Now to the food. The salmon was not dry, nor was it over a seasoned. The macaroni was awesome and the okra was fresh and crispy. Not a huge rice eater and it was a lot, I ate some of eat; it was also good. Definitely on the visit again list!“
“Came from New Jersey for my sons Army graduation. My wife and I knew we wanted some down country cooking. Ordered the Whiting with 3 sides,my wife ordered oxtail with 2 sides. “First time trying this place and first I want to say the food is delicious well seasoned cook properly. I had the salmon patty bacon liver pudding & grits. The only issue I had I asked for no cheese on grits and it came with cheese. So I couldn't really eat the grits and liver pudding cause it had cheese. What I taste it was very good!! The salmon was big moist and had nice heat to it. I'll eat here again most definitely. We also had the shrimp bowl with fish that's delicious too! I wish you success on your business!“

“Cynthia prepared my Thanksgiving Dinner, which everything I ordered was cooked to profection, very tasty and seasoned very well, we had finger licking goodness here. Turkey Wings all left the pans very fast, candy Yams so mouth watering, Dressing very good, Macaroni disappeared fast. Pound Cake to die for, lemon glazed. Perfectly baked as I expected. “The food is DELICIOUS!! If I could give 10 stars I would. If you love country cooking, soul food this is your place!! Make your own plates to go buffet style. All kinds of greens, vegetables, baked mac & cheese, turkey wings gravy, fried chicken, ham, various meats beef stew, steak gravy, pork chops. Michael has been a chef for decades his food is wonderful. He believes in lots of fresh cooked vegetables which is hard to find these days.“
