“I went here yesterday this food is outstanding. You can tell they took their time with all their servings I will definitely be back. The owner took time to come out and talk to me and give me my take out containers it was to much food for me to handle it all. You purchase each item on menu separately so don't come broke because like me you gonna want everything lol. I also had honey bun cake was so good took it home put vanilla ice cream on top and it was perfect.“

“The owners have quite a neighborhood spot that reaches far outside of its neighborhood. If you are hungry, you can get a full meal for $10. Liquor drinks are $5 and beer is $3. Wednesday is karaoke/crab legs night. Thursday is steak/salmon night. Overall great spot.“

“They just reopened back up with a new menu so l had to try the stewed salmon and baby it was BUSSIN just like everything else. I always return but I think | might have a new favorite! The French toast was just right too! It all hit the spot“

“While the food is good, this is not a ”fast food” place, you will wait. Your best option is to call in or order on line at least 45 minutes to and hr in advance. I’m assuming the young lady with the ball cap, that’s preparing all the food is the owner, while the other employees just supply her with the ingredients to prepare the dishes? If so, she displayed some very rude behavior in front of several patrons on yesterday 6/26/26. I’m not sure what caused it, but as I waited she became very loud and hostile with the young lady who works the front. Her last comment to this young lady stunned us all, “if you don’t like it, get the f-$k out my kitchen!” Ohhhhhh, did I mention kids were present in the dining area too. Said young lady came to the front, and then went to the back of the restaurant. You could tell she was embarrassed and the look on her face was that she wanted to cry. I can only imagine how she chastises her employees in an empty restaurant. You do chastise your employees in a crowded restaurant.“

“Yesterday was my first time going and I was not disappointed. They offer a variety of combos just in case you’re undecided. I had the hotdog, 5 piece wing and fry combo. As a complimentary side you get an egg roll and I chose the lickin. They were sold out of the cheeseburger egg roll. If you’re on that side of time please stop by.“

Smothered turkey for me should slide off the bone and the gravy should make you finish it with your fingers
Greens were sweet not my preference
Potato salad was bland potatoes not tender enough
Mac n cheese lacked flavor

“I eat their weekly. Grew up eating Lizards Thicket. Started out at the one that used to be by the airport. I’ve eaten at all of them. They are all good. Love the breakfast. Love the specials. Love the staff. Would recommend anybody that has had a bad Experience. Don’t let that one time experience stop you from enjoying a lot more of good experiences there. Highly recommend them.!!!!👍“
