“My friends and I went for breakfast. I had the fish and grits with scrambled eggs and toast. It was the best I've ever eaten. The grits were perfect. I didn't need to add any seasonings or butter. Even the toast was perfect. They also brought cornbread squares to the table while we waited on our food. Again.....the best I've had. It was drizzled with what I think was honey and had a light dusting of cinnamon. You can't go wrong with the lemonade either. They have an extensive menu so you can go for breakfast like we did or have lunch or dinner.. The restaurant is adjoined to the gas station next door, but don't let that stop you from enjoying the food there. You won't be disappointed.I forgot to take pictures of our plates before we ate.“
“I had a graduation party at this event center (Venue 118) and it was phenomenal. Firstly, the space was extremely large and inviting. It was decorated beautifully and the bathrooms were very clean for a commercial building. Secondly, the food catered through CBK was amazing. Honey fried chicken glazed to perfection. The host was readily available, communicative and responsive on all requests, and personable. All around 10/10.“
