This Hibachi Express has almost become a weekly event. Unlike the other chain Hibachi type restaurants, this location does not store previously cooked food on a warming table for quick assembly. Every dish is started at the time of ordering, thus piping hot and fresh. I've have many bad experiences at similar establishments, often because the meal was assembled within minutes from meat items that may have been prepared hours ago. I'm an over the road truck driver and I took 2 bites and had to l e ave a review.I ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp with an order of crab ragoon. Everything was made fresh. It took about ten minutes. I've eaten this order all around the u s and I have to say this is one of the best. If you like chinese food you need to check this place out.

The first time I had this place the food was good, so it made me want to come back. So I did and the rice and meat was all dried out it had an after taste to it. Only thing we loved moving forward was the cheese steak egg roll. Then they over charge for the sauce. Employees are nice tho
