“Food was exceptionally good. My husband and I enjoyed our wine and the meal. Our server was very gracious and attentive. Our problem came when the bill arrived and a 18% gratuity was automatically charged. We pay tips in cash to our servers so they get them right away instead of being held for a week or two as so many places do. I requested to speak with MOD but she never came. We waited 15 minutes and upon leaving saw her out back smoking. Customers always came first for every restaurant, bar or business I worked for and with the quality of service the owner set up, that was what I expected. Very disappointing experience. BTW we tip 25-30% normally not 18, so don't put it on a check for 2 people. We had hoped to get the message to the owner for his consideration in this matter. Hopefully he reads reviews and this changes or my husband won't return.“

“We walked up here for dinner, as they're less than a mile away from home. We sat ourselves and the server came up to take our drink order. My wife got their Philly Cheesesteak with floppy chips. Generous portion of beef on a toasted roll. The beer cheese gives it a unique taste. I had the Big XL Burger. Pimento cheese, bacon, onions, etc. make for a good burger. I paid the extra $2 for fries. Very Fisk-like. All you need is some malt vinegar. The place started getting busy for 6:30 Wednesday Trivia Night. Very cool interior. Amazing what they did with the old feed / carpet store.“

“We celebrated our daughter’s 40th birthday and it was enjoyable for all. We had friends of all ages and everyone had a wonderful time. The children were welcomed and it is truly family friendly. The food was great and the service was even better. Dan went above and beyond and we thank him for making LeeAnn’s birthday so special.“

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly from the start. I tried the chicken nachos, and they quickly became my favorite. Perfectly seasoned, generously portioned, and loaded with all the right toppings—crispy chips, tender chicken, melted cheese, and just the right kick of spice. You can tell they put care into their food. If you're in the area and looking for a local spot with great Mexican food, this place is worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back!“
