I picked up my meal through drive thru, I ordered a 2pc combo for 7.59 after taxes 8.35 for this meal. The coleslaw was spoiled, the drink was carbonated and both pieces of the chicken, leg & thigh was dry, the outside was crispy as that is what I ordered however the meat was dry as well, the only this I was able to eat of this meal was the biscuit. The worst service I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. Erline was so rude. She didn't give us our drinks and when we asked for them she acted like we were at fault. Finally got our food and realized they forgot an item. We went back and she again acted like we were an inconvenience to her. This KFC has always had issues. But this was the one visit that will have me never going back.

First of all this store is visibly filthy. The guy that took our order was dull and lifeless. They had no mashed potatoes at all. When we asked for wedges. They gave us fries. They did not include the.condiments that we asked for.
