“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. While eating my salad, I found what appears to be a dead bug mixed in with the vegetables. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I understand mistakes can happen, but something like this should never make it onto a customer’s plate. I had to throw my entire meal away and completely lost my appetite. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates how this happened, and improves their food inspection process so no one else has this experience.“

Once we had arrived at our table to eat, Ernie introduced himself and I could tell right away we were in good hands. The food was wonderful, the set up was clean and breakdown was flawless.
