“I went here today after having a bad day and one of the staff members saw I wasn't in a good mood and offered to buy me a milkshake. The kindness of that employee made me start tearing up. I wasn't able to get the milkshake because people in the car behind me started yelling at me to leave the line after I had gotten my order but not the milkshake and I got too stressed out to stay and wait, but I am incredibly grateful to that employee who made my day a little better by showing me that there's still kind people in the world. I'm very sorry they wasted their money and I hope they get a raise.“

“💯 absolutely the best zaxbys I've ever been to! We usually always go to ones in Anderson and they are either terrible or a hit and miss. It was such a breathe of fresh air to come in and be greeted with a smiling face, and to see our favorite drink machine in the lobby! On top of that the ketchup was out for when you needed it along with forks and to go boxes and napkins! Our food didn’t take long to get and it came out nice fresh and looking like it should!!!! Thank you for a perfect experience!!!!“

“Good food and employees with a smile! The location needed cleaning in the dining room and some man came in and cursed at the cashier, making me feel a little uneasy. They said we could only use 1 coupon per transaction so I wonder if that's per store because we used 2 at a different location the week prior. Overall, it was good! The sweet tea was great!“

“The mobile thru lane makes the drive thru experience a breeze. We’ve always been in and out in less than 5 minutes with mobile thru when we visit here. The food is on par for other Chick-Fil-A’s. The only negative would be the hill leading in/out of the restaurant can be hard to navigate into the lower parking lot, but it hasn’t been busy when we’ve been.“
