“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“

“Good food and employees with a smile! The location needed cleaning in the dining room and some man came in and cursed at the cashier, making me feel a little uneasy. They said we could only use 1 coupon per transaction so I wonder if that's per store because we used 2 at a different location the week prior. Overall, it was good! The sweet tea was great!“

“This location by far is outstanding when it comes to being clean and presentable the staff was friendly and the food most importantly was hot and fresh unlike other Zaxaby’s in the area. Very impressed with the facility and how clean it was. Made enjoyable to dine in.“

“The person who took our order was very friendly and helpful, answering our questions about the food. Our order was taken quickly, and the food was ready in a timely manner. One of the meals was not what my husband ordered, but it was replaced right away, so it wasn’t a big issue.
I ordered the Asian Zensation, and it was very delicious. The food overall is still very good. However, during this visit we were concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Several tables were dirty, and we had to look around to find one that was less dirty. The food trays were also dirty, and the floor was in very poor condition.
The last time I visited this location, it was much cleaner. Seeing it this way makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the food preparation areas. I hope they address these issues soon, as the current condition leaves a lot to be desired.“

“The mobile thru lane makes the drive thru experience a breeze. We’ve always been in and out in less than 5 minutes with mobile thru when we visit here. The food is on par for other Chick-Fil-A’s. The only negative would be the hill leading in/out of the restaurant can be hard to navigate into the lower parking lot, but it hasn’t been busy when we’ve been.“
