Guy who was taking my order put his finger inside my cup when pulling it apart from another cup. This was not professional or sanitary. When I corrected him and asked for a new cup he couldn't even apologize. I actually apologized for asking for a new cup. Dinning room tables were not cleaned off so my wife had to clean one for us. Definitely not one of the better branches I have been to.
What's the point of using mobile pickup if it takes longer than just ordering and waiting in the drive thru. Tried it 2 times at this location and wait longer than if I just went through the drive thru. Ridiculous
drive thru is very slow. forget placing a mobile order because if anything it will take even longer to get your food. mobile orders are supposed to be faster, why was i sitting in line for 25 minutes? yall got to find a better drive thru system. love chick fil a though the food is very good, but service needs to be better.

Chick-fil-A offers a convenient drive-thru experience, even during rush hour, with a strong focus on service. While some locations may have slow service and unfriendly staff, others provide a quick and efficient experience. Recently, a team member at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville, Kayla Crady, went above and beyond for a group of seniors, ensuring their large order was correct and delivered quickly. The seniors enjoyed the food, service, and the calm atmosphere. The menu features kids' meals, chicken nuggets, and chicken strips, although the quality of the nuggets can vary. A visitor highlighted how the drive-thru service was prompt, with food delivered hot before reaching the window. However, there was an issue with an Uber Eats order missing three orders of nuggets, leading to a recommendation to consider other locations for future orders.
