There are only 2 drive thru lanes and one is a mobile (no other CFA has them) and there is never anyone in the lane and the drive thru is always out into the atreet. I am skipping this one now. Go to CFA.

This morning I saw this lady working then sat down to eat. Then got up twice to serve two customers. Kudos Kudos to that lady. It was couple. She gave the lady a fresh order of hash browns and a extra biscuit on the house. Then correct the man's order. This why they will never go out business. Since I have been eating at Chick Fil A little more my orders have been fresh and customers service has been top notch. They also sound Siri on the iPhone when they say, It's my Pleasure which is kinda funny. Lol

First visit to the new Simpsonville Main Street location.Opted to dine inside. The facility is nice. Several tables had crumbs on top from previous parties. But I can get past that. Food was great as usual. I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich. The glaring difference from the typical Chick Fila experience is the wait time. We easily waited 10-12 minutes to be served after ordering. Thats not long, but it's forever as Chick Fila goes.They should be through the pains and lessons of a new opening. But, the restaurant is convenient. I won't hesitate to give them another try.
