I want to deeply apologize for making the female employee at the window do her job. It was apparent by her demeanor and basically throwing items at me that I was the worst thing that had ever happened to her. Also, the food was cold and bland.
Worst service ever. Takes forever for someone to come to the front to take your order, then another really long time for your food to come out. They often get it wrong or forget something , so you have to go back up and wait another gazillion years for someone to come up to speak to. The most mismanaged KFC I’ve ever stepped foot in.
Took 15 minutes to get one sandwich when we were the only customer. Blond girl was also rude for no reason when we asked for an update and then threw the food at us and shut the window quick before we could even get sauce.

KFC offers good coleslaw and affordable meals, such as three pieces of chicken for $8 and the $4 chicken sandwich, possibly the greatest value chicken sandwich. The food is generally great and fresh, always tasty and served good. Meals can include a biscuit, but it's not always included. The chicken is tasty, but the batter can make it appear less appealing. The biscuits can be inconsistent. The service is nice and respectful, happily serving a 24 piece family meal, though there can be instances of terrible service and missing items with orders. It is the best fast food place in boiling Springs by far, staying open proper hours.
