Just had the worst experience of my restaurant lifetime when I preordered my food online and it was not done and I almost had to call the authorities because the MANAGER of the store didn’t want me to check my order! Got into the the MANAGER and he tried to throw me out of the store because I wanted to check MY ORDER and my sure it was correct. Beyond unbelievable and unprofessional, just really at a lost for words.

It has been months since I had been to this location since the service has been terrible in the past. I hoped against hope things had changed. My hopes were dashed. Did an online order scheduled for 3pm pickup. The order had not even been started when we got there a couple of minutes before 3. We waited 15 minutes til the order was ready. I checked it before we left and instead of a chicken breast we had two apple pies. Told the guy at the register (who was nice and very apologetic) and we got the chicken and were told to keep the apple pies. Which was great because we found two more items missing once we got home. The chicken breast was tough and tasted like someone had forgotten they salted it and did it again. The nibblers were so tough I could not finish them. I'm not quite sure how this location stays open. The service is consistently bad as is the food. Avoid at all costs.

Why is it that when you order delivery with KFC you don’t get your sauce napkins straws or utensils or all your product? I ordered a tender meal with macaroni and cheese and didn’t get sauce even the extra I paid for. Nor did I get a straw or utensils. I believe I deserve better service than that. How will I be compensated for that?

Well.. the coleslaw is good ...this is one of my three pieces of chicken for $8... seems chicken tenders are the same size as nuggets I don't know times are changing but I thought the chickens were getting

It takes to long to get your food this my second time coming here. I shouldn't be waiting over 20 minutes to get a happy meal ? the person that ordered before me had raw chicken need to speed up and cook the food

Been eating KFC for over 50 years but this was the single most discouraging experience I've had with them. Ordered a Fill Up box by delivery. Have gotten it before from another location and was good enough to get again...so we thought. Ordered online for delivery and it arrived in timely fashion. Door Dash guy was friendly. When I took it inside and opened the box I first noticed the sauces were missing. Would have let that go had it not been that the food was cold. 2 biscuits were hard/stale and the wing was burnt. Called the location and spoke with a young lady that I assume was the manager or lead and she requested that I bring it back to the store for exchange. That wasn't possible at the time thus the reason we had it delivered. She also said I'd have to call DoorDash to have them pick it up for return. At this point and time this seemed unreasonable so I just hung up. In addition, I didn't care to talk to someone that sounded like they had me on a CB radio. I could tell every time she spoke she had to key in the microphone. Was annoying because anyone that goes through a drive thru nowadays have to deal with someone that can't keep their side of the transmission keyed in for the whole sentence, cutting off their last word or 2. We heated up the food by microwave and ate it but to send out cold, burnt and stale food without condiments missing is heavily unsatisfactory. In short, I do not recommend this location. Do business with the one on Asheville Highway.
