“The food is great! I always come back for more. But someone has been keeping messing up my order. There was a time where I ordered fries but didn't get it. I think there was one more in between. Today, I kept asking for a specific kind of sauce, but when I got my bag, I checked and I got the wrong kind of sauce I didn't ask for. I came inside the store asking for "a couple" of them, but the person only gave me one.“

“We dropped in for lunch...caught them in a busy period, so food was delayed, but it was hot and up to their standards for quality...a good change of pace for us as we don't often patronize "fast food" places much anymore...being retired,we choose to sit and enjoy the time out..
Parking: We parked on the drive thru side of tge lot as it seemed most folks were using other entrance and parking was tight“

“Stacia gets TEN STARS. I’ve been to this KFC in Seneca over the course of a decade. It’s been really lousy especially the past year there. Same thing as every other fast food place they can’t hire or keep employees because nobody wants to work anymore. Fortunately they finally hired somebody who actually cares about their clients and works really hard. I was dining in last week, observing the employees, and was wowed by Stacia. This girl was running circles around the other employees but kept her composure. If I was hiring for my business, I would snatch her in a heartbeat as great work ethics are far and few these days. Thank you Stacia for working so hard to feed us locals.“

“This Zaxby's has the BEST staff I've ever seen! My fiance and I had a delicious lunch, and afterward I noticed my engagement ring was lost, and we couldn't find it anywhere. We went back to look for it, and asked the staff if they saw it. Two ladies came out and began to search the trash bags in the lobby and bathroom. They were so sweet, and one of them went outside to look for it and found it in the flower bed!? God bless them! This Zaxby's not only has amazing food, but the staff are genuine, sweet people that care about you. Please stop in if you want to have an amazing time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating and accessible for wheelchairs.“

“Dropped in for a late lunch. As usual, they were busy, but,food was well prepared and delivered in a timely manner...Maybe we should consider letting Chick-fil-A run the country...lol
Parking: Best parking is behind the store in the auxiliary lot. Easier to get back into traffic from there“

“I'm not sure if this is something all the chains are doing now but made me very uncomfortable, but the girl came out the door / window at drive thru stopped me beforehand so I wasn't directly in front of the door she took my card and phone to scan rewards and pay for the food it took a little too long for my comfort and when she finally came back she had everything in hand ( phone could have fell because her hands were full) but I just didn't think they were supose to do that.“

“A little disappointed in this branch. Normally they do great and are able to accommodate for 3rd shift workers. However, when I state twice that I want a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and fruit, for healthier eating, and get a bun and fries instead that's a little annoying. I get it if it's something minor like the wrong drink size or every now and then. However recently, it's been nearly every time. I think perhaps it's something in how the system is programmed and maybe employees aren't trained on that specific area or just out of habit. It would be great if this could be addressed and enforced to fix further problems/complaints.“
