On April 7, I ordered a 12-tender meal for pickup that night and paid $27.03. When I arrived to pick up my food, a young woman rudely told me that they haven't had tenders all day and that I need to cancel the order. I asked for my money back, but she said she didn't know how, couldn't do it and told me to figure it out myself. Sold me an item on the app to drive 15 mins to experience the absolute worst customer service and to not even get a refund for another 3-5 days. An EXTREMELY rude cashier and a manager that never even said a word much less an apology. Corporate needs to do something about that store.
Terrible service. Having to wait on Chicken. And they all just walk around not knowing what the others are doing. Not sure if they are working on your order or not!!!!
