Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is known for its kid-friendly environment and clean interior. The restaurant offers excellent chicken fingers and buffalo wings, especially with the "Tongue Torch" Buffalo sauce. However, the service can be slow due to high customer volume, and prices are considered outrageous by some. Although the drive-thru operates smoothly, parking can be tight. Despite occasional delays during busy times, the food is typically hot and meets quality standards, making it a nice option for families looking for a change from typical fast food.
