Slow service and while some employees are polite and respectful, some act like they could not care less if I ever came back again. I certainly will not do another mobile order after waiting 30 minutes for mine to be ready. I sat outside the restaurant waiting, watching drive through customers come and go. Me and the wife eat here once a week. The food is great, the place is very clean and the employees are courteous and awesome. Can't wait to go in for another great meal again. I highly recommend the Zaxby's in Seneca S.C.

Both our salads were missing the French fried onions. After seeing this message Zaxby's was quick to get in touch with me and the manager called me within an hour to ask when I could come by and get two free salads on them. Customer service is fantastic at this location.
