Absolutely not impressed. I put my breakfast order in at 10:18 on the app and got there at 10:20. The line was so long and slow that when I went to scan the app at 10:30 exactly it kicked out my order and canceled it because it said breakfast was done at 10:30. I pulled up to the window and they just shook their head and said sorry we can’t help you. It took you out of the system not impressed at all.
If you show up in the lobby at 8:30 you'll be told you need to take your order to go. Definitely not close to normal CFA service at other locations!
I don’t understand how, during the busiest dinner hours after 5:30 PM, Chick-fil-A can’t seem to have enough nuggets ready for a 30-count order. When I order three or four 8-counts, there's no issue—but as soon as I go for a 30-count, I’m told to pull ahead and wait. At this time of day, it’s no surprise people are coming for dinner. You’d think they’d be prepared and have plenty cooked and ready to go, especially for popular items like nuggets. It’s just frustrating...read full review
