Had a terrible experience at zaxbys in Seneca and the walhalla location fixed their mistake AFTER they were alr closed!! Most definitely recommend this one over the one in Seneca! Definitely wished I would have got the lady’s name!
Average. Food decent but hasn’t been over the top. Something is usually forgotten & cups of slaw are small- cup of ketchup type small. Every time I ask for extra seasoning on fries it’s never on them. I tried the teriyaki flavor recently on wings & it just didn’t have the expected flavor. My recent order of Cobb Zalad with extras was good. They seemed to have stopped putting any celery or carrots in the wings/things.I miss my Zaxby’s in Columbia. I get the garden house salad often at other locations, this is the first time ordering from this zaxbys and I only got about half the typical portion of salad & our fries were hardly seasoned. They also forgot a ranch cup and when I went to ask for it at the counter the lady was so rude to the guy who took our order saying he messed up the order.
