The clerk Adam that brought our food out to stall number 1 decided to ask if myself and my husband were intoxicated or drunk due to the fact we held up the drive through after being told to pull up to a fence.When this instance was brought directly to Samantha(spoke to her in person) the regional manager of this location her excuse for her employee is that he is socially awkward.Really awful service. There is no excuse for this and will not be eating here EVER again!

I get the garden house salad often at other locations, this is the first time ordering from this zaxbys and I only got about half the typical portion of salad & our fries were hardly seasoned. They also forgot a ranch cup and when I went to ask for it at the counter the lady was so rude to the guy who took our order saying he messed up the order. He seemed like he was new and still learning and she was so condescending towards him, I felt so uncomfortable and bad for the poor guy. Otherwise the restaurant seemed clean and had a decent atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Salad and some sidesKid-friendliness: High chairs available and kid menu

Had a terrible experience at zaxbys in Seneca and the walhalla location fixed their mistake AFTER they were alr closed!! Most definitely recommend this one over the one in Seneca! Definitely wished I would have got the lady’s name!
I ordered kickin' chicken with no ranch. I got chicken and bread with no sauce at all. How is that kicking? Food is not fresh.

Longest I've waited for food to be served in a very long time. Barely anyone in the restaurant, but everyone is waiting - a long time! Very disgruntled customers who want their food. 30 minutes since we ordered our food, and it isn't ready yet! Avoid this Zaxby's if you're hungry or have a life to get to. I can't recommend the food since we haven't gotten any.Finally... after 35 minutes, got our food and had to get to-go boxes because it took so long. Manager's excuse was that there were a lot of cars in the drive through and they could only cook so much at a time. There were 2 cars in the drive through when we walked out. Clear message that customers driving through take priority over customers who go inside. Never again. Zaxby's in Walhalla, SC.
Average. Food decent but hasn’t been over the top. Something is usually forgotten & cups of slaw are small- cup of ketchup type small. Every time I ask for extra seasoning on fries it’s never on them. I tried the teriyaki flavor recently on wings & it just didn’t have the expected flavor. My recent order of Cobb Zalad with extras was good. They seemed to have stopped putting any celery or carrots in the wings/things.I miss my Zaxby’s in Columbia. This location is decent so far. I haven’t had the extreme negative experiences yet that others have had. However, there is room for improvement. It starts with the quality of workers and their level of care or don’t care as well as customer service. That would improve the wait times, the quality of food being served as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant.
